高校心理健康教育的德育功能及实现途径

摘要
本文从分析我国大学生心理现状及心理健康教育的发展状况出发,深入探讨
    了心理健康教育与德育的相关性和统一性,概括出心理健康教育的德育功能,并
    提出实现这些功能的具体方案。文章共分三个部分:
     第一部分:现状分析。主要介绍了心理健康教育基本概念,开展心理健康教
    育的必要性及其在高校的发展概况;分析了心理健康教育与德育的三个分离化倾
    向及造成分离化的原因。
     第二部分:着重分析概括心理健康教育的德育功能。首先肯定了心理健康教
    育德育功能的客观存在性,然后分析概括出四个功能;渗透功能、补充功能、调
    节功能、优化功能。
     第三部分:实现心理健康教育德育功能的途径和方法。在如何实现心理健康
    教育德育功能的问题上,提出四种切实可行的基本途径和方法:一是以德育目标
    为导向,保证心理健康教育的育人方向;二是设置与德育相结合的教育机构,完
    善教学咨询人员的复合性知识结构;三是完善心理健康教育课程,帮助大学生正
    确认识自我,能动塑造完善的人格;四是开展多种形式的心理咨询,为大学生提
    供切实的善行方案。
Moral Educational Function of the Psychological Health Education

     From the analyze of the present psychological condition of university students in China and the development condition of psychological health education, this paper attempts to give a moral education, and sums up the moral educational function of psychological health education, at the same time, this paper puts forward the specific ways of realizing the functions. This paper is divided into three parts.
     Part One is the analyze of the present condition. It mainly introduces the basic concept of psychological health education, the necessity of developing psychological health education and its general development condition In universities; it analyses the trend of separations between psychological health education and moral education, and the causes of separations.
    
     Part Two chiefly analyses and sums up the moral educational function of psychological health education. This paper first affirms the objective existence of the moral educational function of psychological health education, then sums up four kinds of functions: infiltration, complement, regulation and optimization.
    
     Part Three introduces four practical ways of methods of realizing the moral educational function of psychological health education. The first one is to guarantee the educational direction of psychological health education, with the guide of moral educational objective. Second, we should establish some educational organizations that can combine with moral education, better the compound knowledge structure of teaching consulters. Third, we should better the curriculum of psychological health education, help university students have a correct understanding of themselves and build a better personality actively. Fourth we should carry out different kinds of psychological consultation activities; provide better practical help for students.
