长江流域生态经济系统的可持续发展

摘要
长江流域地貌类型复杂多样，水资源丰富，许多矿种储量在全国占有显赫地位。长江作为中国第一大河，其流域经济的发展在全国占有举足轻重的地位。本文以长江流域的生态经济系统为对象，运用系统理论研究了长江流域生态经济系统中生态与经济的相互关系和运行机制，利用耗散结构理论初步探索了其演化过程，提出实现长江流域可持续发展的目标模式和实现方式，构建了长江流域生态经济系统可持续发展评价指标体系，从而找出实现人与自然协调发展的途径。全文分七章，主要内容概括如下：
第一章为绪论，对生态经济理论和可持续发展理论的基本思想、基本概念作了较全面的综合评述，总结了可持续发展的基本观点。
第二章建立了长江流域生态经济系统可持续发展战略的结构体系的框架，对结构体系内部流程和逻辑关系进行了分析，并运用函数解析式阐释了长江流域可持续发展的总能力与系统主要要素之间的内在关系。
第三章分析了长江流域生态经济系统可持续发展战略的本质特征，总结概括了长江流域生态经济系统可持续发展的理论核心。
第四章运用耗散结构观分析研究了长江流域生态经济系统耗散结构特征，并用耗散结构理论论证了长江流域生态经济系统演变过程与演化特征，最后确立了长江流域生态经济系统的负熵源与熵值。
第五章论证了长江流域可持续发展系统的复杂巨系统特征，在此基础上制定了长江流域生态经济系统可持续发展的日标，并讨论探索了长江流域可持续发展目标的实现过程与途径。
第六章研究了可持续发展主要评价方法，构建了长江流域生态经济系统可持续发展的评价指标体系。
第七章构造了长江流域可持续发展的系统动力学预警模型，建立了长江流域生态经济系统的调控体系。
The physiognomy types of the Changjiang River basin are complicated and diversified. Its water resources are rich, and many kinds of mines reserves own the important positions in the whole nation. The Changjiang River is as the first great river in China, and the development of economy in its river basin owns the position holding the balance in the whole nation. This dissertation uses ecological-economic system of the Changjiang River basin as his object; uses system theory to study the operating mechanism of ecologic system and economic system and the interrelationship between the two systems; uses dissipative theory to initially explore the ecological-economic system's evolution course in the Changjiang River basin; puts forward the objective model and realizing method of the Sustainable development of Changjiang River basin; builds up the system of evaluation indicators of the sustainable development of Changjiang River basin; thus looks out the harmony development way between the mankind and natural.
The whole dissertation is divided into seven chapters, and the main contents are concluded as follows:
In Chapter 1, an overall synthetical commentary on the basic thoughts and basic concepts of ecological-economic theory and sustainable development theory is given, and the elemental points of view of sustainable development theory are summarized.
In chapter 2, the frame of the structure system of sustainable development strategies is built up, the logical relation and the process inside the structure system is analyzed, and using the function analysis types, the inherent relation between the chief essential factors and the total ability of the sustainable development of Changjiang River basin is explained.
In Chapter 3, the essential characteristics of the sustainable development strategics of ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is analyzed, and the theory kernel of the sustainable development of ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is summarized.
In Chapter 4, using the points of view of dissipative theory, the dissipative structure characteristics of ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is analyzed, the development course and evolution characteristic of the ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is demonstrated, and at last the negentropy sources and the entropy value of the ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is radicated.
In Chapter 5, basing on the giant complex system characteristics of the sustainable development system of Changjiang River basin, the sustainable development objective of ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is enacted, and the realizing course and methods of the sustainable development objective of ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin are explored and discussed.
In Chapter 6, the main evaluation methods of sustainable development are studied, and the system of evaluation indicators of the sustainable development of ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is built up.
In Chapter 7, the system dynamics early warming model of the sustainable development of ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is set up, and the regulation and control system of ecological-economic system in the Changjiang River basin is established.
第一章为绪论，对生态经济理论和可持续发展理论的基本思想、基本概念作了较全面的综合评述，总结了可持续发展的基本观点。
