铝合金轮毂集成制造信息系统研究

摘要
经济全球化与全球信息化,带来了制造业竞争环境、发展模式全面而深刻的变化,也为我国制造业跨越式发展提供了机遇与挑战。铝合金轮毂制造业是我国汽车及零部件工业中的优势行业,论文基于典型的铝合金轮毂制造企业,研究与开发其集成制造信息系统,对制造业信息化建设,具有较强的研究意义与应用价值。
     论文绪论部分综述研究背景与相关文献,说明课题的研究内容与意义。然后,论文系统地阐述了如下几个方面内容:
     首先,论文分析了制造模式的发展与转变、现代集成制造概念,研究了独立企业与集团企业现代集成制造系统的构成。针对铝合金轮毂业的企业战略、产品与制造过程进行分析与研究,给出了铝合金轮毂制造系统的信息集成模式。
     论文对集成信息系统关键技术,进行了深入的研究。概述了信息系统建模方法,提出了集成制造系统的建模方法应用体系;详细地阐述了系统开发中,面向对象的基于UML建模技术方法的研究与应用;论文阐述了软件开发中的B/S模式,以及ASP与数据库技术的应用;论文针对基于定单的生产计划过程进行了研究,然后,阐述了相关几个量的数学处理方法。
     论文研究了铝合金轮毂集成开发体系,提出了开发体系的概念、特点、结构模型,并设计了集成开发流程、集成开发平台、异地敏捷开发系统。
     针对原型企业,论文对制造信息进行了分析与汇总,建立了铝合金轮毂企业的市场与经营流程,描述了集成的生产制造与质量保证信息流程。基于各类信息过程与流程,进行了铝合金轮毂集成制造信息系统的总体功能设计与信息结构设计。
     最后,论文阐述了所开发系统的实现过程。通过阐述各功能模块的具体组成设计,以及提供的丰富的开发界面,详细地介绍了系统模块的实现,简述了系统运行、维护和应用效果。
     论文研究与原型系统开发,可以为汽车零部件制造业信息建设,尤其对铝合金轮毂制造,提供参考。
Economic globalization and global informationazation brings about the over-all and deep changes of competitive environment and development mode in manufacturing, and provides a chance or a challenge for our manufacture’s development. Aluminum alloy wheel manufacture is one of predominant industries in our automotive and parts industry. Based on a typical aluminum alloy wheel enterprise, to research and develop the integrated manufacturing system has research meanings and application values for our current manufacturing informationazation construction.
     In the exordium, the research background and relevant literatures are summarized, and research contents and meanings are illustrated, and then, some contents are formulated as follows.
     Firstly, the paper analyzes development and changes of manufacturing mode and the concept of contemporary integrated manufacturing, researches constitutions of contemporary integrated manufacturing system for independent enterprise’s structure and the enterprise group’s. According to analyses and researches of enterprise strategy, product and process of aluminum alloy wheel enterprise, the paper gives out the information integrated mode of aluminum alloy wheel manufacture system.
     The key technologies, relevance to integrated information system, are researched in the paper. Modelling methods of information system is introduced; the model application architecture of integrated manufacturing system is presented. The paper expounds the reasearches and application of modelling technologies based on UML of Object-Oriented method in detailed. B/S method, ASP and database technologies are illustrated. And the paper researches the process of production plan based on making to order, and expounds several related mathematical methods.
     The paper researches the integrated development of aluminum alloy wheel, persents the concept, features and structural model of architecture. At the same time, the paper designs the integrated development flow, the integrated development platform and the distributed agile development system.
     Based on the prototype system, the paper analyzes and summarizes themanufacturing information, and establishes the market and business process of aluminum alloy wheel, describes the product manufacturing and quality assurance information process. Based on every information process and flow, the paper designs the general function and information construct of integrated information system for aluminum alloy wheel.
     Finally, the paper addresses the implementation procedure. Through the design of modular composition and plentiful interfaces, the paper introduces every module’s implementation in detailed, and illustrates simply the operation, maintenance and application results.
     The research and system development gives out a reference for the informationazation construction of automotive and part industry, particularly, for aluminum alloy wheel manufacturing enterprise.
