诠释学与中国传统伦理思想研究

摘要
从不同的角度来研究中国古代传统学术是一个饶有兴趣的课题。本文试图通过对我国传统伦理思想研究方法的分析，揭示出它们在该领域研究上的优劣；通过对西方诠释学思想与诠释方法的考察，综合借鉴与吸收中国传统伦理思想研究方法的优长，从而构建出一种不同于以往的诠释学方法，并运用其去研究中国传统伦理的基本规范和基本理论，以实现它们从传统到现代意义的转换。本文主要内容有以下三部分。
第一部分：中国传统伦理思想研究方法的反思。历史研究法、阶级分析法、批判继承法与抽象继承法、综合创新法是对中国传统伦理思想研究的几种常见方法。中国传统伦理思想研究方法的各自内容与特点互不相同。它们的共同点在于，它们都从中国传统伦理思想继承与创新的角度对中国传统伦理思想进行了分析，并且都取得了令人瞩目的成就，但它们又各有自己的局限性。
第二部分：诠释学与诠释学方法。诠释学是一门关于理解与诠释的学问。在西方，诠释学发展到今天主要经历了圣经诠释学、语言学诠释学、普遍诠释学、人文科学诠释学、此在诠释学与哲学诠释学等五个阶段。在发展的不同历史阶段，它们都有其相对独特的内在规定性，并且所侧重的诠释角度与与诠释方式也有所区别。为了更好地研究中国传统伦理思想、消解中国传统伦理思想研究方法的局限性，“创新的诠释学方法”从诠释学的角度用一种新的诠释理路与方法，主要从三个方面对中国传统伦理思想进行研究。从一定的意义上讲，创新的诠释学方法与中国传统伦理思想研究方法是统一的。
第三部分：中国传统伦理思想的诠释学视域。对中国伦理思想传统进行重新诠释有其必要性与可能性：首先，中国传统伦理思想具有可继承性与可塑性。其次，重释中国传统伦理思想是建设有中国特色现代伦理文化的召唤。创新的诠释学方法对中国传统儒家伦理中的“仁”规范和“义利
观”理论作了新的俊释。

Study of traditional scholarship from varied perceptive provides new insight into and appreciation for the tradition. The thesis explores the advantages and limitations of these traditional Chinese methods about ethics thoughts. After having been studied the Western Hermeneutics and having drawn lessons from these traditional Chinese methods about ethics thoughts' investigation to form a new way of Hermeneutics which can benefit to study these traditional Chinese theories on ethics that we can find their modern meanings. This thesis has three parts as the following aspects:
(1) The Methods' Introspection on Studying the Traditional Chinese Ethics Thoughts
Here are the traditional Chinese methods on studying ethics thoughts. Such as the Method of Critical Hereditary , the Method of Class analysis , the Method of Abstract Hereditary , the Method of General Innovative and so on. These traditional Chinese methods studying on ethics thoughts have their own contents. Meanwhile they have both themselves advantages and limitations.
(2) Hermeneutics and Methods of Hermeneutics
Hermeneutics is a subject about understanding and explaining. To this day, it has passed five stages in the western world as follows: Bible Hermeneutics, Philological Hermeneutics, General Hermeneutics, Hermeneutics of Humane Studies, Actual Hermeneutics and Philosophy Hermeneutics. There are distinctive characteristics of their own in the course of their development. What's more, they have different ways and views in explaining. To have a good result in studying the traditional Chinese ethics thoughts and to eliminate the
traditional Chinese methods' limitation on studying ethics the Method of Innovative Hermeneutics use a new way on the view of Hermeneutics. Three steps have been adopted to interpret the traditional Chinese ethics thoughts. In a certain case, the Method of Innovative Hermeneutics is consistent with the traditional Chinese methods on studying ethics thoughts.
(3) The Hermeneutics' view of the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics.
It has both necessities and possibilities to explain the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics again. Here are two reasons. Firstly, the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics are of heritable and cultivatable. Secondly, it is necessary to explain the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics again for constructing the Chinese ethics culture. The Method of Innovative Hermeneutics has made a new way to explain to the benevolence principle to and the justice and profit outlook theory of the traditional Chinese Confucian ethics. Maybe the new method has more advantages in accomplishing this transition of the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics from tradition to modern sense, but we will still have some problem to do with in the future.

第三部分：中国传统伦理思想的诠释学视域。对中国伦理思想传统进行重新诠释有其必要性与可能性：首先，中国传统伦理思想具有可继承性与可塑性。其次，重释中国传统伦理思想是建设有中国特色现代伦理文化的召唤。创新的诠释学方法对中国传统儒家伦理中的“仁”规范和“义利

Study of traditional scholarship from varied perceptive provides new insight into and appreciation for the tradition. The thesis explores the advantages and limitations of these traditional Chinese methods about ethics thoughts. After having been studied the Western Hermeneutics and having drawn lessons from these traditional Chinese methods about ethics thoughts' investigation to form a new way of Hermeneutics which can benefit to study these traditional Chinese theories on ethics that we can find their modern meanings. This thesis has three parts as the following aspects:

Here are the traditional Chinese methods on studying ethics thoughts. (3) The Hermeneutics' view of the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics.
It has both necessities and possibilities to explain the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics again. Here are two reasons. Firstly, the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics are of heritable and cultivatable. Secondly, it is necessary to explain the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics again for constructing the Chinese ethics culture. The Method of Innovative Hermeneutics has made a new way to explain to the benevolence principle to and the justice and profit outlook theory of the traditional Chinese Confucian ethics. Maybe the new method has more advantages in accomplishing this transition of the traditional Chinese thoughts on ethics from tradition to modern sense, but we will still have some problem to do with in the future.
