高性能结构钢Q345GJ设计参数分析

摘要
随着高层和大跨度钢结构的兴建,国内对钢结构材料也逐步进行着更新换代。国内率先由邯郸钢铁集团舞阳钢铁有限责任公司自主研发生产了优质建筑用钢材——高性能建筑用钢板。此种钢材在具有足够的强度的同时,还有较低的屈强比,因此具有更好的抗震性能;它还具有良好的综合力学性能和焊接性能、较窄的屈服点波动范围以及抗层状撕裂的能力(厚度方向性能)。因此高建系列钢材的出现解决了传统钢材用于高层与大跨建筑中易出现的一些问题。但是对于其设计参数的研究还是空白,为了推广高性能优质钢材和实现优材优用,使高建系列钢材进入《高层民用建筑钢结构技术规程》,本文基于试验和分析得出高建钢的抗力分项系数,提出科学合理的设计参数建议值。
     介绍了工程结构可靠性的基本概念,回顾了可靠性理论的研究历史,评价了工程结构可靠度分析常用的几种实用方法,分析了钢结构各结构构件抗力统计参数的影响因素,给出了各统计参数的计算方法。
     在实验得出Q345GJ的材性参数特征值的基础上,对各种受力构件进行可靠度分析,综合得出了Q345GJ的抗力分项系数。
     利用分析得出的抗力分项系数和《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2001)以及《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》(GB50068-2001)反算出各种受力构件的安全度指标,指出了结构构件在部分情况下可靠度偏低的问题,并作简要分析。
     对于风荷载参与的组合下可靠度指标偏低的现象,给出了调整的方法,有效的解决了风荷载参与的组合下可靠度指标偏低的情况。
     为了达到优材优用的目标,设想不同的受力特征构件使用不同的抗力分项系数,在大量分析的基础上,给出了这一系列参数,并且具有明显的经济性,可以作为工程应用参考。
Along with high rise and long span steel buildings are rapidly developing in big cities in our country, the material used in steel structure is updating gradually, in domestic, Wu Yang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd of Han Dan Iron and Steel Group have produced high quality steel for buidings——high performance structure steel firstly and independently. As this steel not only has high strength, but also has low yield ratio, so, Firstly, it has nicer capability of earthquake resistance. Secondly, it has excellent general mechanical properties and weldability. At last ,it has narrow yeild point wave zone and good z-direction property. For all of above, it can solve some problems occured in high rise building which used traditional steel plate. But its design characteristics are still blank in our country’s design codes. For generalize this high performance stell and realize high performance steel to be used in right manner and make it to be written in <>, this paper will give some resistance partial coefficients and recommended design strength value based on test and analyses.
     Briefly introduces the basic concept of engineering structure reliability and reviews the history of research of reliability theory. Some practical methods for analysis of reliability for building structures are valued. the influential factors of resistance partial coefficients of the steel constructures’each component are anaiysesed and the methods for calculating the coefficients of reliability design are proposed.
     At the base of the material properties parameter eigenvalues of Q345GJ by the test, the paper achieves resistance partial coefficients of Q345GJ generaly by analysing the reliability of each structure member under the different load case.
     The paper calculate the safty index of all kinds of structure menbers in reverse by using analysed resistance partial coefficients and << Unified standard for reliability design of building structures>>(GB50068-2001) as well as <>(GB50009-2001). It indicate that some values of safety index are lower in some lode case, and gives a brif analysis.
     Aiming at sovling the problem that the safety index is lower under the combination of load case which contains wind load, this paper gives a method to modify the safety index, and slove this problem effictively.
     For the sake of economy, this paper give the different resistance partial coefficients for different structure members in different load cases at the base of plentiful analyses. It indicates that this method is obvious economical, and can give a reference for design.
