房地产风险可保性与保险开发研究

摘要

近年来，我国房地产市场不断升温，但相关保险产品的开发还
    处于起步阶段。鉴于房地产经济活动中包含的巨大风险因素，尽快
    发展完善我国房地产保险市场势在必行。本文对参与房地产经济活
    动的有关主体的风险可保性全面地展开了分析，为房地产保险开发
    的可行性做出了理论性的探索。文章又重点分析和介绍了国外房地
    产保险开发的有益经验，为我国房地产保险业的开发和发展提供了
    有益的借鉴。在对我国当前房地产保险起步阶段的状况进行调查研
    究的基础上，文章有针对性地对其发展中存在的若干误区一一进行
    了深入的剖析和纠正，从而为我国房地产保险业的顺利开发和发展
    扫请了理论上的障碍。
In the recently years, the real estate market of our country enter a
    
     booming period. But the development of correlative insurance product
    
     can't march the need of market. Think of the big risk factors of real estate
    
     business ,the correlative insurance market must be developed and
    
     consummated immediately. In this article, the author analyzed the
    
     insurable risks of real estate business, and uses the experience of foreign
    
     developed countries for reference, to table the proposal on how to solve
    
     the problems of our real estate insurance market, on the basis of research
    
     of our real estate insurance market. Clearing some obstacles on the
    
     development of real estate insurance.
