基于Workflow和EAI技术的BPM系统的研究与实现

摘要
在企业竞争日益国际化、白日化的同时,当今企业发展面临着巨大的由环境变化代来的挑战。面临这些挑战,企业在求生存求发展的过程中,不断产生新的发展战略,并行工程、动态联盟、供应链等新的管理理念不断提出。为了协调这些战略,满足客户及市场的动态需求,企业需要不断调整其商务流程。然而,作为现代企业生产和发展必要条件的信息系统由于其静态性、孤立性等弊病时时困扰着企业的发展。企业渴望一个动态、柔性、开放和集成的信息系统的诞生。
     BPM(Business Process Management,商务流程管理)是一种全新的管理信息系统开发技术,它利用工作流和EAI技术,在整合企业的内外部资源的基础上,采用独特的可视化、富有柔性的开发模式,实现了企业流程的自动化管理,创造出了独特的竞争优势。
     本文在分析了现代企业的发展环境、发展战略和现有信息系统现状的基础上,紧密围绕着BPM定位,从BPM的功能、体系结构和模型设计等方面给出了以工作流和EAI为核心技术的BPM的全套解决方案。
     本文研究了支持、构建BPM的关键使能技术。本文对BPM的两个关键技术:工作流和EAI技术其各自的特点及应用进行了深入研究和阐述。在在实现流程动态重组、支持动态联盟、供应链管理等实现过程中,系统采用了XML、动态优化分析、分布式网络通讯、矢量图形处理、虚拟专用网(VPN)、过程模型组件动态管理等技术。
     本文阐述了基于BPM实施BPR的全部过程;提出了从时间、资源利用率和成本三个角度对业务流程进行优化;分析了基于BPM实施BPR的优势所在。
     本文探析了BPM系统在电信行业中的应用。本文将BPM系统应用于电信行业中,使得电信行业在整合了现有资源的基础上,增强了对其业务流程的动态性管理、改善了其与客户和分销商的相互了解与沟通,解决了信息孤岛及信息错位等现存的问题。
In competitive, cooperative, and dynamic market environment, with the emergence of advanced stratagem such as concurrent engineering, agility anufacturing, supply chain management, the Enterprise needs adjust its business process to meet the requirement of customers and markets. But it is always hindered by the static IT system.
    BPM (Business Process Management), based on the technology of workflow and EAI, is a new flexible integration information system with process-centric approach, and will benefit both business and IT management.
    With reserachment on environment and stratagem of enterprises, this thesis establishs a solotution of the BPM that bases on workflow and EAI, and present a system framework, design the function and the model of BPM.
    This thesis mainly researchs on the key technology: workflow and EAI. And duiring implement of supporting concurrent engineering, agility manufacturing and supply chain management, this thesis introduces some other technologies, such as XML, dynamic analysis, distributed communication, Vector Drawing, dynamic management of process model, VPN.
    Another, this thesis appicates BPM to BPR, and presents how to bring into effect ,and what is the advantages.
    In the end, this thesis describes an instance of BPM for the telecommunication enterprise.
