基于数据仓库技术的MMS业务系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着彩信手机保有量和渗透率不断提高、彩信手机兼容性问题的逐步淡化,彩信业务已从成长期快速进入了成熟期,迎来一个新的发展高峰期,彩信(MMS)业务系统也随之成为了移动运营商关注的焦点,其网络规模也不断扩大。
     伴随时间的增长、规模以及网络复杂性的扩大,MMS业务系统的数据信息开始呈现爆炸式增长趋势,业务系统也开始产生诸多问题。一方面,系统内数据庞大芜杂,数据存储多源异构性的特点导致数据采集、整理、分析的任务日益繁重;另一方面,海量数据得不到有效利用,不能为决策系统提供细致深入的数据分析支持,形成信息孤岛,无法发挥在信息网络中的强大作用。
     这时,就需要建立一种体系化的信息存贮环境,将分析决策所需的大量数据从传统的操作环境中分离出来,使分散的、不一致的数据转换成集成的、统一的数据,不同用户都可以在此单一的环境之下,通过运用其中的数据,发现全新的视野和新的问题、新的分析与想法,进而发展出制度化的决策系统。
     本文通过对原有MMS业务系统的网元结构、数据源以及用户需求进行分析,发现基于数据仓库技术来实现MMS业务系统可以达到统一数据并有效利用数据为决策系统提供数据分析支持的目的。
     本文主要做了以下几点工作:
     (1)介绍了本人参与的某省移动MMS业务系统项目以及本人负责的数据处理模块。通过参与分析MMS业务系统的现状及特点,提出了基于数据仓库技术的系统解决方案,设计并实现了系统的数据仓库逻辑模型和数据处理流程。
     (2)根据数据仓库的设计方法,结合MMS业务系统的需求分析,为该系统确定了“业务流量分析”和“服务质量分析”的主题。依据主题参与设计并实现了数据关系的逻辑模型,解决了原有系统中存在的海量数据信息孤岛的问题。
     (3)针对数据多源异构性的特点,对系统中的数据来源进行了分析,设计并实现了数据处理流程,达到了数据集成、统一的目的。
     本文参与实现的MMS业务系统已在某省移动运营商投入使用,利用数据仓库技术,深层次地挖掘、分析生产业务数据以及相关环境数据,能够自动快速获取其中有用的决策信息,为电信企业提供快速、准确和便捷的决策支持。

     With time the growth, size and complexity of the network and the expansion of MMS business information system data indicate the explosive growth trends, business systems are also starting to many problems. On the one hand, the huge data system, data storage Heterogeneous result of the characteristics of data collection, collation, analysis of the increasingly onerous task; On the other hand, massive data is not effectively use, not for the decision-making system to provide in-depth and meticulous data analysis support, the formation of islands of information, the information can not play a powerful role in the network.
     Then, on the need to establish a system of information storage environment, will analyze large amounts of data needed for decision-making from the traditional separation of the operating environment, it was scattered, inconsistent data into integrated, unified data, different Users can be in this single environment, through the use of the data and found that a new vision and new problems, new ideas and analysis, and develop a systematic decision-making system. Based on the original system of MMS business network structure, data sources and user needs analysis, based on data warehouse technology to achieve MMS business system can achieve the data and make effective use of data for decision-making system to provide data analysis support purposes.
     This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects:
     (1) Introduce the participation of the provinces mobile MMS business systems projects, and I am responsible for the data processing module. MMS business through participation in the analysis of the status and characteristics of system was proposed based on the MMS data warehouse technology business solutions, designed and implemented the system logical model of data warehouse and data processing.Heterogeneous data for the characteristics of the system of data sources for the analysis of participation in the design and realization of the data processing to the data integration, unity of purpose and resolve of the original system data scattered, inconsistent problems.
     (2) According to the data warehouse design method, combining the needs of MMS business systems analysis, the system has defined "business flow analysis" and "quality of service analysis" theme. Based on the theme involved in the design and realization of the logic of relations between the data model, the original system to resolve the island's massive data problem.
     (3) Heterogeneous data for the characteristics of the system of data sources for the analysis, design and realization of the data processing to the data integration, unity of purpose.
