数字出版业和传统业共生模式的供应链建模与优化

摘要:随着信息技术的快速发展,数字出版作为一种新型的出版模式已经被越来越广泛的接受。数字出版业迅速发展,并在一定时期内有较快发展,而传统出版业也有着不可比拟的优势,并且有着重要的地位。数字出版业和传统出版业共同经营的模式是主流形式存在,并在经营管理过程中相互借鉴、相互渗透。总之,在一定时期内,数字出版物和传统出版物之间将是互相补充、长期共存的关系,并且新生模式将在一个可预见的长时期内以主流形式存在。
     出版业作为一个重要的产业,其供应链的相关研究一直是学术界关注的热点,并产生出很多建设性的成果。但这些研究多是针对传统出版业的供应链,而对于数字出版业供应链的研究还处于萌芽阶段,尤其是还没有学者对传统出版业与数字出版业结合的供应链这一领域进行探讨,传统出版业和数字出版业的供应链融合是产业发展的趋势。目前,两种出版业的供应链结合的模型并没有很好的解决方案,因此本文将深入探讨传统出版业和数字出版业的共生模式下的供应链模型,并对该供应链模型进行多目标、多方位的优化。
     本文从“跨媒体”角度出发,提出数字出版业与传统出版业的共生模式的理论,采用建模、仿真和案例分析的方法对出版业共生模式的供应链进行研究,同时在多目标条件下针对出版业供应链中存在的关键问题进行仿真优化,以藉此达到提高出版业供应链效益、实现供应链整体增值的目的。最后,基于上述的研究成果,为某出版社开发出一供应链管理系统,利用真实数据集进行模拟,实践数据表明上述理论和模型具有很高的科学性。
     本文主要创新性工作如下:
     (1)根据传统出版物和数字出版物同时存在的出版业现状及其供应链特点分析、研究,系统地提出并研究了传统出版与数字出版共生模式的供应链概念以及相关的理论。
     (2)从“跨媒体”的角度出发,结合数字出版业和传统出版业的特点,总结出了二者共生模式供应链的基本特点,并对共生模式供应链进行建模和多目标条件下的优化。使用ExtendSim仿真软件对该供应链模型进行仿真分析,对比传统模式和共生模式的仿真结果。得出优化后的模型具有很高的收敛率,说明模型设计合理,计算精度较高。
     (3)基于上述研究的结果,采用统一建模语言为某出版社设计供应链管理系统。该系统体现和验证了共生模式供应链管理思想,加强供应链各节点的信息共享,提升了共生模式下的业务流程合作与优化,有效地提升了整个供应链在多目标条件下的效率。
With the rapid development of information technology, as a new publishing model, digital publishing has been more and more widely spreaded and accepted. Though the rapid popularization of digital publications, traditional publishing industry still has its irreplaceable advantages and development space, and plays an important role in the publishing industry. The symbiosis model of the publishing industry is the mainstream form. The different publishing industry learns from each other in the management process. All above, in a certain period of time, digital publishing and traditional publishing will complement each other and coexist for a long relationship and the new model will be the mainstream form in a foreseeable long period.
     At present, many scholars have put forward many constructive advices to the supply chain of publishing industry, which mainly focus on supply chain of the traditional publications, the research on the traditional publishing industry is still in its infancy. But the scholars haven't explored the combination of traditional and digital publishing industry yet; the combination of traditional publishing industry and digital industry is the trend of publishing industry. At present, the combination of the publishing industry supply chain mode doesn't have a good solution. So this dissertation will explore the the supply chain model of traditional publishing and digital publishing under the symbiosis mode furtherly, and pursue multi-target, multi-dimensional optimization.
     This dissertation deals with the symbiosis mode of digital and traditional publications through the view of cross media, develops a model for supply chain's coexistence form, and makes a simulation of coexistence mode of supply chain. In addition, by means of the simulation and optimization of the main issues of supply chain, this dissertation puts forward solutions to improve the supply chain's efficiency and achieve the purpose of adding value to the supply chain. Finally based on the solution, this dissertation develops a supply chain management system for a press, and the result effectively supports the above theory and modeling research.
     This paper mainly innovation work is outlined as follows:
     Firstly, according to the real status of the publishing industry and the supply chain management, this dissertation scientificly proposes and study the supply chain and related theroy of traditional publishing and digital publishing coexistence mode.
     Secondly, combining the characteristics of digital publishing industry and the traditional publishing industry from the view of the across media publishing, this dissertation summarizes the basic characteristics of coexistence model of supply chain in publishing industry, then models the symbiotic mode of the publishing industry supply chain and optimizes the model under multi-objective conditions. By using ExtendSim simulation software, the dissertation makes a comparison between the traditional mode and coexistence model's simulation results. The optimized model has high convergence rate which indicates that model is reasonable and the accuracy is higher.
     Finally, this dissertation adopts the same modeling language to design supply chain management system. This system embodies the coexistence model supply chain management concept, strengthens each node of the supply chain information sharing, and promotes the symbiotic mode of business process cooperation and optimization, effectively enhances the efficiency of the entire supply chain under the multi-objective conditions.
