伟创力研发项目风险管理研究

摘要
随着经济的全球化和社会活动的大型化,世界市场趋向一体化,各行各业正面临着高不确定性的环境条件,面临着不同层面的风险,风险管理已成为当今社会的热门话题,风险管理由原来的辅助性角色逐渐演变为一个相对独立的专门行业。随着风险管理和项目管理的日益普及,迫切需要更为规范的项目管理学科体系作为理论基础。1969年,美国项目管理协会(PMI)成立,在经过立项和多次征求意见稿以后,于1996年出版了第一版《项目管理知识体系指南》(PMBOK?指南),标志着项目管理体系标准的正式建立。
本文以伟创力(中国)电子设备有限公司Presenter项目为案例,采用理论与实际相结合的方法,按照项目风险管理六大过程组:风险管理规划、风险识别、定性风险分析、定量风险分析、风险应对及风险监控,分析其在项目风险管理中所采用的方法,找出其在项目风险管理中存在的问题,并提出改进建议。
通过对伟创力Presenter项目风险管理研究,对研发项目风险管理进行分析与总结,对于本人今后的工作具有积极的指导意义。
Along with economic globalization and social activities of large scale and more integrated world market, businesses are faced with the environmental conditions of high uncertainty and different levels of risk, risk management has become a hot topic in today's society, and risk management from the supporting role gradually evolved into a relatively independent and specialized business. With the risk management and project management become increasingly popular; the urgent need for more standardized system of project management disciplines as theoretical basis. In 1969, the American Project Management Institute (PMI) was established. After many draft project and later, in 1996 published the first edition of "Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK ? Guide), marks the project management system standards the formal establishment.
In this paper, Flextronics (China) Electronics Co., Ltd. Presenter project as a case study using the combination of theory and practical methods, in accordance with the project risk management process of the six groups: risk management planning, risk identification, qualitative risk analysis, quantitative risk analysis, risk response and risk monitoring, analysis of project risk management in the methods used to identify its risk management problems, and recommendations for improvement.
