IP网络视频会议的QoS技术研究与实现

摘要
随着IP网络与Internet在当今使用得越来越广泛,基于IP网络的视频会议系统也越来越为广大的消费者所接受而召开网络视频会议最重要的就是要保证有良好的音视频质量。现阶段IP网络的状况是比较复杂的,带宽参差不齐、时延大、不稳定。如何在IP网络上保证用户信息传输的质量就成为一个不容忽视的重要问题,为解决这一问题,网络服务质量(QoS,Quality of Service)便应运而生。QoS是网络与用户之间以及网络上互相通信的用户之间关于信息传输与共享的质的约定,例如,传输时延允许时间、最小传输画面失真度以及声像同步等。对于由QoS控制来实现QoS保证,IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)组织提出了集成模型(IntServ)、区分业务模型(DiffServ)、多协议标签交换(MPLS)技术、流量工程(Traffic Engineering)等多种控制和管理方案。
     当前盐城地税现有主干MSTP线路和备份SDH线路,为更好的利用现有网络的增值应用,盐城地税实施IP方式视频会议项目,为不影响税务征收管理的主体应用,同时要保证视频会议使用质量。本文就盐城地税的IP视频会议系统如何在现有的网络中保证它的应用效果和质量展开研究和讨论,通过策略路由、网络带宽调整、音视频同步等方法来达到理想的效果。
Currently, with the widely use of IP network and Internet, the video conference system based on IP network is accepted by more and more consumer. So It' s very important for holding a network video conference to assure its good audio and video quality. There are some problem for current IP network, such as irregular network bandwidth , big time delay , instability, hence, how to guarantee user information transmission quality in IP network become an indispensable problem. In order to solve this problem, Quality of service emerges as it requires. QOS is an contract about information transmission and share quality between either network and user or users who communicate with each other, for example, transmission latency allowing time, the minimal image degree of distortion and synchronization of voice and image. IETF puts forward several control and manage QoS schemes which include Integrated Service , Differential service, Multi-Protocol label switching and traffic engineering
     Today, YanCheng local taxation bureau have main MSTP and backup SDH, IP video conference project is implemented in YanCheng Local taxation bureau for making better use of network value-added application. Under the condition of not influencing the main application of Tax collection management, the thesis researches and discusses how to assure the impact and quality of service in IP video conference system based on current IP network, the perfect effect is obtained by taking policy route , adjusting network band and synchronizing audio and video.
