企业创新过程研究

摘要
纵观全球,知识创新、技术创新、制度创新已经成为新经济时代企业谋求长期健康发展的普遍战略选择。在当前知识经济深化、世界经济一体化、科学技术迅猛发展的大背景下,企业越来越面对不确定和多变的市场竞争环境,企业如何通过有效的创新过程管理成长发展,企业如何通过培育、提升自身的创新过程管理能力赢得竞争优势,已经成为学术界、企业界共同关注的热点,这是一个需要不断探索、值得深入研究的课题。
     本文从创新构思如何转化为商业上成功的新产品的创新过程视角,通过文献阅读、独立思考,在总结归纳大量已有研究成果的基础上,提出了基于知识和有效外部联结的企业创新过程模型,对创新构思如何转化为商业上成功的新产品的完整过程进行了详细分析,研究了企业创新过程中风险管理的流程和策略,研究了基于过程的企业创新能力的评价、培育和提升途径,对我国企业以创新求发展具有重要的指导意义。
     各章节的主要内容如下:
     第一章是对创新理论和经济发展史的回顾总结。文章首先回顾了经济增长理论研究的演进和创新浪潮推动经济发展的过程。指出五次突破性创新浪潮是经济持续发展的主要动力,知识积累而导致的不断创新以及创新产生的新知识是经济发展的根本源泉。接着分析了创新理论从熊彼特创新模型、技术创新、制度创新、创新进化论、国家创新系统到知识创新理论的发展过程,指出本文研究企业创新具有宏观和微观层面的重要意义,最后在对创新概念进行界定和分类的基础上,提出了本文的主要研究内容、文章结构和论文创新点。
     第二章主要研究了企业知识的构成体系与企业创新的知识基础。在对知识的内涵、特性进行分析的基础上,总结了以知识为基础的企业理论的主要观点,对企业知识的特性分类、企业知识体系的构成进行了详细分析,对企业知识形成的阶段、企业知识活动的四个层次和企业获取知识的两种途径、以及从个体知识到企业知识的集成过程作了分析,企业的这些知识活动、知识获取和知识集成形成了企业创新的知识基础,加强对企业创新过程中的知识管理,让知识在企业内部共享、扩散及转化,会提高创新的成功率,
     第三章主要对企业创新过程模式的演化作了分析并提出了本文所依照的基于知识和有效外部联结的创新过程四阶段模型。文章首先总结了五代企业创新过程主导模式的发展时序和主要特征;接着对企业创新过程的其他重要理论模型(包括唐.马奎斯模型、创新共生模型、链环模型、门径管理模型、A-U创新过程模型、二次创新的动态模型等)的主要思想、其长处和不足作了分析,在对这些典型创新过程模型进行分析的基础上,提出了本文依照的基于知识和有效外部联结的创新过程四阶段模型,并对其主要阶段划分、模型特点和创新之处作了分析。
     第四章主要对本文创新过程模型的构思阶段和论证阶段作了详细分析。首先研究了企业创新的构思阶段,对产生创新构思的内部和外部来源,激发创新构思的属性分析方法、需求分析方法、关联分析方法、群体创造力方法作了归纳,对一些创新先锋企业的创新构思策略和创新构思的筛选进行了分析。接着对论证阶段的主要工作进行了阐述,细致分析了项目正式立项前的主要活动、典型交付指标和项目立项与否的决策准则与决策结果。
     第五章主要对企业创新过程的研究开发阶段作了详细分析。首先对企业研发工作的功能、分类和研发模式的演进作了介绍,分析了研发过程中企业知识的投入和产出,分析了研发工作中用以解决问题的创造性思维的特点和阶段;接着阐述了研究开发工作的基本周期,如何在研发过程中应用设计—构造—测试循环解决问题,以及研究开发过程中的主要评价和测试工作,最后对国内外学者在研发过程中各类知识所起作用的研究作了总结。
     第六章主要对企业创新过程的作业阶段(包括生产和营销)作了详细阐述。首先分析了新产品生产对生产系统提出的一系列要求和生产系统对新产品生产构成的制约,分析一体化生产和合作生产两种模式的选择,生产准备和生产实施阶段的主要工作;接着分析了新产品营销规划的主要流程,包括确定营销目标、营销调研、确定目标市场、新产品定位、草拟营销计划、市场测试、确定营销计划、实施营销计划、实施后的控制和审核等。最后指出新产品开发计划各阶段和营销计划的对应阶段间需要密切配合。
     第七章主要研究企业创新过程中的风险管理的流程和策略。在对企业创新风险的涵义和特点进行分析的基础上,总结了企业创新过程中风险管理的基本环节,提出了本文所遵循的风险管理模式,即风险识别、风险评估、风险应对和风险监控。在风险识别阶段,将创新过程中企业面临的风险归纳为技术风险、市场风险、组织管理风险和外部环境风险四类;在风险评估阶段,建立了一个基于灰色多层次方法的量化评估模型;在风险应对阶段,提出了按照风险等级矩阵制定适宜的风险应对策略;在风险监控阶段,提出了风险监控的常用方法。最后对联想集团新产品开发中的风险管理作了案例分析。
     第八章着重对企业创新能力的评价体系和评价方法、企业创新能力的培育和提高途径作了论述。文章首先分析了企业创新能力的概念和构成,提出了一套企业创新能力的评价体系并建立了一个基于BP神经网络的创新能力评价模型。接着对企业创新能力的系统培育作了分析,总结了企业创新成功的因素、失败原因及避免措施,分析了企业创新能力的提高途径。最后结合我国企业的实际情况提出了自主创新、模仿创新和合作创新三种企业创新模式,对它们的涵义、特点和优劣势作了分析。
     第九章是结论与展望。归纳本论文的主要结论,指出未来研究的展望和建议。
     本文的创新之处在于:
     1)本文第三章在对已有创新模型进行总结分析的基础上,提出了基于知识和有效外部联结的企业创新过程四阶段模型,分析了这一模型的结构、特点和创新之处,并在第四、第五、第六章围绕这一模型展开了详细的分析和论述。
     2)本文第七章对创新过程中风险管理的流程和策略作了研究,提出了本文所遵循的创新项目的风险管理流程,建立了一个企业创新风险的评价指标体系,并运用灰色多层次评价方法建立了量化的风险评估模型,并提出根据风险等级矩阵来制定有效的风险应对策略。
     3)本文第八章提出了一个基于创新过程视角的企业创新能力评价体系,并运用BP神经网络方法定量的评估企业的创新能力,提出了培育企业创新能力的系统结构和提升创新能力的主要途径。
Making a comprehensive view of the world, we can find that the knowledge innovation, technology innovation and institution innovation have become enterprises’general strategic choices to seek long-term healthy development in new-economy era. Under the background of further development of knowledge-based economy, integration of world economy and rapidly growth of science and technology, the enterprises will face more and more uncertainties and varying market environments. The issues such as how can the enterprises grow and develop through effective innovation process management and how can the enterprises obtain competitive advantages through cultivating and promoting the innovation capabilities have become the common concerned hotspots in academic and enterprise areas. It’s a project worth while further exploration and thorough research..
     From the point of view of enterprise innovation process and capability, by reading literatures, thinking independently, and on the basis of summarising of previous research results,this thesis gave out a model of enterprise innovation process based on the knowledge and effective external connection. The entire process of transforming innovative conceits to commercially successful new products was analysed in detail. The flows and strategies of risk management in enterprise innovation process, the composition and evaluation of enterprise innovation capability, and the cultivation and promotion approach of innovation capability were researched. It is importantly instructive for Chinese enterprises’development through innovation.
     The main contents of every chapter are as following:
     The first chapter is the review of innovation theory and history of economy development. The thesis firstly reviewed the evolution of the researches of economic growth theories and the process of economy development pushed by innovation surges. Knowledge and human capitals were pointed as the main factors influence the economy growth.. Five outstanding innovation surges was the main power of sustaining economy development, and the innovations caused by knowledge accumulation and new knowledge comes from innovations are the principles of economy development. Then the thesis analysed the development process of innovation theories from Schupeter’s innovation model, technology innovation, institution innovation, innovation evolution, national innovation system to knowledge innovation theories. We indicated the importance of researching enterprises innovation from macro and micro layers. Finally, we pointed the main research contents, structure and innovative points based on the definition and classification of innovation concepts.
     In the second chapter, We researched the composition system of enterprise knowledge and knowledge basis of enterprise innovation. Based on the analysing of meaning, characteristics and classification of knowledge, we summarised the main points if view of enterprise theories based on knowledge, and classified the enterprise knowledge, then analysed the composition of enterprise knowledge system in details, and at last, we analysed the 8 steps during the forming of enterprise knowledge, 4 layers (individual layer, team layer, internal integration layer and external integration layer) of enterprise knowledge activities, and the integration process from individual knowledge to enterprises knowledge. These knowledge activities, knowledge obtaining and integration form the knowledge basis of enterprise innovation.
     In third chapter, we mainly analysed the evolution of enterprise innovation process modes and brought the enterprise innovation process model mentioned in this thesis. The thesis firstly summarised the development time sequences and main characteristics of leading modes in five generation enterprise innovation process, then analysed the main thinking, advantages and the disadvantages of other important theory models in enterprise innovation process. These enterprise innovation process models include Marquis’model、innovation intergrowth model、chain-ring model、stage-gate management model、A-U innovation process model、three main steps and six sub steps model、secondary innovation model, and so on.. The paper gave out a four-stage model of enterprise innovation process based on the knowledge and effective external connection. The main stage partition and main characteristic of this model was also analysed.
     Chapter four is the specific analysis of conceit and demonstration stages of the innovation process model. Fist of all, the conceit step of enterprise innovation was researched, and the internal and external sources can cause innovation conceits, property analyse method, demand analyse method, corporation analyse method and colony creativity method were summarised, and the innovation conceit strategies and initial sieving work during innovation conceit of some pioneer enterprises. Then we set forth the main work of demonstration step, particularly analysed the main work before the project of officially conformed, decision making and results of typical consignation indexes and whether the project can be set up.
     The research and development steps during the enterprise innovation process were detailedly analysed in chapter five. We introduced the functions, classification and evolution of R&D modes of enterprise R&D work first, and analysed the input and output of enterprise knowledge during the research and development, then analysed the characteristics and steps of creative thinking for problem solving in research and develop work and expatiated the basic circle of research and develop work, how to solve problems by using design-produce-testing circle during the research and develop process, and the main evaluation and testing work. In the end, we concluded the researches on the effect of all kinds of knowledge during the research and develop process by the domestic and foreign scholars.
     In chapter six, we expatiated specifically the operation steps (include producing and marketing) during the enterprise innovation process. Firstly, we analysed a series of demands on producing system of new production producing and the constraint on the producing composition of new production in producing system, analysed the selection on integration producing and corporation producing these two modes, the main work of production preparation and application steps, then analysed the main steps of new production marketing plan, which includes the marketing objects determining, marketing investigation, object market determining, new products orientation, drafting marketing plan, market testing, market object determining, marketing plan application, controlling and auditing after application, and so on. And finally, we pointed out that corresponding steps between steps in new production development plan and the marketing plan need nearly corporation.
     The seventh chapter focused on the flow and strategy of risk management in enterprise innovation process. After analysing the concept and characteristics of enterprise innovation risks, we summarised the basic steps of risk management in enterprise innovation process, and gave the risk management mode we followed in this thesis, they are risk identification, risk evaluation, risk countermeasure and risk watching. During the risk identification process, we concluded the risks in the enterprise innovation process as technology risk, market risk, organization management risk and external environment risk. During the risk evaluation process, we set up a quantitative evaluation model based on the grey hierarchy method. During the risk countermeasure process, we gave the risk counter measures according to risk level matrix. During the risk watching process, we gave the normal methods for risk watching. At last, we did a case analysis of the risk management in new production development of Legend group.
     In eighth chapter, the evaluation system, evaluation methods, cultivation and promotion methods of enterprise innovation capability were discussed. Firstly we analysed the concept and composition of enterprise innovation capability and gave the evaluation system and set up a innovation capability evaluation model based on BP neural network. Then we analysed the systematic cultivation of enterprise innovation capability, summarised the factors about the success of enterprise innovation, the reasons of failure, and the avoiding measures,analysed the methods to promote the enterprise innovation capability. At last, we gave out the three innovation modes according to the real facts in our country, they are independent innovation, imitation innovation, corporation innovation, and analysed their contents, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages.
     The last chapter is the conclusions and prospect. We summarised the main conclusions and pointed out the prospect and suggestions for future research.
     The innovative points in this paper are:
     1.) Based on the previous innovation models, we gave the four-step innovation process model based on knowledge and effective external connection, and analysed the structure and characteristics of this model in the following chapters.
     2.)In this thesis, we gave out the flow and strategy of risk management during the innovation process, set up the evaluation index system of enterprise innovation risks, and further did quantitative evaluation by the grey hierarchy method, and finally brought forward to make the risk counter measures according to the risk level matrix.
     3.) We gave out a innovation capability evaluation system from the point of view of enterprise innovation process, and brought forward the methods to quantitatively evaluate the enterprise innovation capability by using the BP neural network.. The system structure of cultivating the enterprise innovation capability and promotion approach of innovation capability were also put forward.
