敏捷企业智能工艺信息系统关键技术研究

摘要
计算机辅助工艺设计(Computer Aided Process Planning,CAPP)是先进制造技术的核心技术之一,是实现计算机集成制造、并行工程乃至敏捷制造的重要基础性技术。CAPP系统作为连接设计与制造以及其它企业信息系统的桥梁,在企业信息化建设中具有不可替代的地位。在敏捷制造、网络化制造等先进制造技术的带动下,CAPP系统正在向工艺设计与管理一体化、智能、协同的工艺信息系统的方向发展。本文讨论了实现敏捷企业智能工艺信息系统的体系结构及关键技术,建立了可用于指导敏捷企业智能工艺信息系统软件产品开发的理论和方法体系,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。主要内容包括:
     1.通过分析、总结企业工艺设计与工艺管理的现状和敏捷企业对计算机辅助工艺设计与管理工作的需求,得出CAPP系统正在向工艺设计与管理一体化、智能、协同的工艺信息系统的方向发展的结论。
     2.完善和充实了智能工艺信息系统的概念,在CAPP技术领域首次提出并建立了基于Internet和分布式组件相结合的敏捷企业智能工艺信息系统体系结构,并对敏捷企业智能工艺信息系统的构成和功能作详细的分析,所建立的体系结构可用于指导智能工艺信息系统的设计与开发工作。
     3.全面、完整地论述了面向对象工艺信息建模体系及其建立过程,该建模体系是建立工艺知识管理系统的理论基础。指出要进行有效地工艺知识管理,必须在确定工艺知识的知识源、工艺知识的模块化、工艺知识地图的形成、工艺知识门户的建立、工艺知识管理系统的规划与实施等方面进行有效地工作。分析了工艺知识管理系统的规划与实施步骤以及设计与实现的关键技术。
     4.系统地论述了在敏捷制造环境下实现敏捷与协同的工艺设计的关键技术。指出工艺标准化是实现敏捷化工艺设计的基础,综合智能化工艺设计和面向对象的工艺决策是实现智能工艺设计的手段,工艺设计服务提供者的实现则为快速工艺设计提供了可能。协同的工艺设计的基础是计算机支持的协同工作,基于分布式工作流的协同工艺设计、协同工艺设计团队、协同的制造资源支持、协同工艺设计的冲突消解策略、工艺与设计的并行与协同是实现协同工艺设计的关键。
     5.对工艺数据的有效管理是提高工艺工作效率的重要手段,同时也是目前计算机辅助工艺设计的一个难点问题。指出实现产品工艺数据有效管理的关键是建立集成产品工艺数据模型、基于集成产品工艺数据模型的工艺设计和形成工艺数据集成管理的单一数据源。详细讨论了工艺版本管理及有效性控制、工艺数据的检入与

    检出、工艺数据检索与查询、产品工艺借用、各类汇总统计、MBOM管理等产品工
    艺数据管理工作的实现方式和关键技术。
     6.在分析敏捷企业产品工艺数据集成需求和对产品工艺数据集成方案进行综
    述的基础上,首次提出了基于XML的敏捷企业产品工艺数据集成方案,定义了产
    品工艺数据标记语言及其模式,建立了产品工艺数据标记语言与工艺信息模型间的
    映射规则,并讨论了工艺敷据与产品工艺数据标记语言间的映射及不同企业间产品
    工艺数据标记语言的一致性问题。
Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) is one of the nucleal techniques of advanced manufacturing,as well as the basic technique of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System(CIMS)% Concurrent Engineering(CE) and agile Manufacturing (AM). CAPP plays a very important role in enterprise informatization as the bridge between Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM). With the driving of advanced manufacturing techniques,such as agile manufacturing,network manufacturing,CAPP is developed for process information system with characters of process planning & management integrating,intelligent running,cooperating planning etc. In this dissertation,the architecture and key techniques of intelligent process information system for agile enterprises are described,theory and methodology of intelligent process information system software development have been founded. The dissertation has important theoretical value and practical significance. The key issues studied and conclusions deduced in the di
    ssertation are as follows:
    1. Based on the analysis of the actuality and requirements of computer aided process planning and management for agile enterprises,the conclusion of that CAPP systems have to be developed with the characteristics of process planning and management integrating,intelligent running,cooperating planning has been conducted.
    2. The concept of intelligent process information system is improved and enriched. The architecture of intelligent process information systems,based on the combination of Internet techniques with distributed components for agile enterprises is studied firstly by the author in CAPP field. The architecture can be used to plan and develop intelligent process information systems. And the functions and composes of it is analyzed in detail also.
    3. An Object-Oriented process information modeling architecture,which is the basic theoretical foundation of process knowledge management,is founded. In order to manage process knowledge effectively,such works as determination of the source of process knowledge,modularization of process knowledge,forming of process knowledge map,foundation of process knowledge portal,planning and implement of process knowledge management system are described. The key techniques of planning,developing,implementing procedures of process knowledge management systems are
    
    
    analyzed furthermore.
    4. Key techniques of agile and cooperative process planning in agile manufacturing environment are systematically analyzed. It is concluded as follows. The process standardization is the basis of implementing agile process planning. The man-machine hybrid intelligent process planning and Object-Oriented process decision-making are the means of implementing agile process planning. The process planning service provider provides the possibility of rapid process planning. And the Computer Supported Cooperative Work is the basis of cooperative process planning. In the dissertation,cooperative process planning based on distributed workflow,cooperative process planning team,cooperative manufacturing resource supporting,collision resolving strategy,concurrent and cooperative of product design and process planning are described as the key techniques of cooperative process planning systems.
    5.Efficient management of process data is the main method of improving process planning engineering's efficiency,at the same time,it's one of the difficult problems of process planning. Key problems,such as integrated product process data model,process planning based on integrated product process data model,single source of process data integrating and management are described. Ways and key techniques of product process data management,such as process planning version management and validity controlling,check-in and check-out of process data,retrieval and querying of process data,borrowing of process planning,all kinds of summing and stating,MBOM management etc. are described in detail.
