基于大规模定制下供应链的延迟制造研究

摘要
在新的市场环境中企业迫切需要一种新的生产模式,大规模定制(Mass Customization,MC)由此产生。该种模式与传统的大规模生产模式在很多方面都存在显著的差异,因而其供应链管理策略也必然与大规模生产下的供应链管理策略有所不同。同时为了能在成本一定和风险降低的基础上快速满足最终消费者的多样化需求,企业往往会在整个生产与供应的流程中将相同程序的制作过程尽可能最大化,以获得规模经济,而将差异化的按定单生产的制作过程尽可能推迟,延迟策略于是应运而生,在供应链管理中发挥着重要作用。本文深度分析供应链、大规模定制、延迟制造等概念并对实际操作中大规模定制下延迟制造成本优势进行详细阐述,最后建立延迟制造决策模型及大规模定制成本函数。本文的脉络可以归结为以下几个方面。
     首先,分析本文研究的背景,在国家扩大内需加强基础设施建设的环境下,汽车行业所面临的机遇与挑战,进而指出本文研究的现实意义。
     其次,在分析供应链概念的基础上结合汽车产业近年来的发展情况,引出延迟策略在供应链管理中应用的可能性,并进一步探讨了在供应链管理中运用该策略的可行性。
     再次,分析大规模定制概念,介绍在实践中如何实现大规模定制,为达到预期效果需要从生产线设计、配件的通用性、生产工具、生产过程等全方位进行统筹协调安排。
     结合实践从理论上分析大规模定制带来成本上的优势,详实的分析来自作者相关行业长时间的一线实践。
     最后,提出延迟制造的决策模型和大规模定制下的成本函数,论证采用大规模定制下延迟制造的应用条件及其可行性。
Enterprises urgently need a new mode of production in the new market environment, that is what mass customization (Mass Customization, MC) resulting from. While the supply chain management strategies are also different from its under mass production because of significant differences in many respects between this kind of model and the traditional mass production one. Meanwhile, in order to rapidly meet the diverse needs of end consumers on the base of reducing the cost and risk at a certain level, enterprises tend to process the whole production and supply to be the same procedure as much as possible to maximize the production process, to obtain economies of scale in the end. While the orders which are different from those according to the production of the production process will be deferred as far as possible to extend it, so the late strategy emerged in the supply chain management and also plays an important role. This paper deeply analyzes the conception of the supply chain, mass customization, and detention in manufacturing as well as the actual operation under the delay in mass customization manufacturing cost advantages of elaborate and finally the establishment of deferred decision-making model and cost function of mass customization. Context of this article can be attributed to the following aspects.
     Firstly, this paper analyzes the study background, where the automotive industry faces opportunities and challenges in the country which expanding domestic demand and strengthening the infrastructure, further points out the practical significance of this study.
     Secondly, it analyzes the supply chain concept based on the combination of the development of automobile industry in recent years, educes the delays in the supply chain management strategy for the application of the possibility and further explores the supply chain management in the application of the strategy is feasible or not.
     Thirdly, it analyzes the concept of mass customization, introduces how to achieve mass customization in practice, and in order to achieve the desired results needed a full range of co-ordination arrangements for co-ordination from the production line design, parts commonality, production tools.
     The theoretical analysis with the practice of mass customization to advantageous on cost, detailed analysis of related industries from the author’s a long line of practice.
     Finally, the delay in manufacturing decision-making model and the cost of mass customization functions demonstrated usage of mass customization the application be deferred under the terms of its feasibility.
