摘要
根据目前对环保型发烟剂的迫切需求,本文通过优选原材料,进行配方设计,研制出了一种以石墨为成烟物质的环保型抗红外发烟剂。对石墨微粒吸收和散射红外光的机理进行了理论研究和测试。通过FTIR光谱仪对所制备的发烟剂进行了燃烧实验,得出了烟幕及固体残渣的红外光谱图。分析测试结果表明:该发烟剂的原材料和燃烧产物均达到了环保要求。文中还比较和评价了该发烟剂与目前使用的制式HC型发烟剂产品的抗红外辐射能力。
According to demand for environmental protection smoke, the paper developed a kind of anti-infrared smoke agent that took graphite as forming smoke component through optimizing raw material and designing prescription. It had gone on theory study and measure to mechanism of graphite particle' s absorbing and scattering infrared. It got infrared spectrum of smoke and sol id remains through smoke agent prepared carrying on combustion experiment using FTIR spectrometer. Analysis measure resulted: Both the raw material and combustion production of the smoke agent attained demands of environmental protection. The paper also compared and appraised the ability of anti-infrared radiation with manufactured HC smoke agent production.
