铁业调度安全管理系统的研究

摘要
随着信息时代的到来,新业务和新技术迅速推广应用,通信网业务种类、数量和用户需求急剧增加,全网干线通信设备日益更新,通信网络正变得性能更强、分布更广、安全性要求更高。改进生产方式、提高运行效率、降低经营成本及提高安全性等管理工作已成为目前各电信企业经营工作的重中之重。因此,铁通公司提出了“铁道业务调度安全管理系统”的建设需求。
     论文首先针对铁通公司铁道业务的工作特点,采用了ASP.NET开发工具,因为其不仅具有强大的管理功能,而且它的开发成本相对较低,用户不需要进行专门的硬件配置和更新操作系统即能进行调试和使用。此外,在对比分析了C/S和B/S的特性后,依据铁业调度安全管理的特点采用了基于B/S架构的三层体系结构模型。
     论文然后采用基于Petri网的工作流建模技术,构建了铁业调度安全管理系统模型。按照基于三层调度安全管理的工作流管理体系结构,通过将影响工作流执行的三个基本要素的区分,加以逻辑上的分层,简化了工作流的执行,提高了工作流的柔性以及对复杂的业务流程应用的支持度。
     依据实际工作流程完成对调度安全管理系统的建模后,论文进而对模型的活性、可达性、有界性、安全性和有效性等性能进行了详细的分析,通过这些性能的分析论证了所建模型的无冲突性,并且通过对该工作流模型的畅通性的验证证明了所建模型的正确性。
     最后在该模型的基础上,论文描述了故障管理、应急预案管理、工作管理、铁业公告、合同管理、铁业论坛和系统管理等模块的功能设计与开发,以及基于角色的访问控制为主的安全策略和基于XML的不同数据库系统之间的数据交换。
     本系统己经投入使用。经实践证明,本系统实现了铁通的调度安全管理、综合业务管理和系统管理等功能,能较好地完成铁通铁道业务的实际需求,并显著提高了调度管理的安全性和实时行,降低了管理成本。
With the coming of information time and rapid development of communication technologies, services, customers and the communication network are sharp increasing. There are some new characteristics of the communication network, such as the performance is stronger, the deployment is wider and the security is higher. The most important works for the telecom companies are reforming the operational mode, improving the efficiency, reducing the cost and ameliorating the security. Therefore, Tietong Company has brought forwards the demand of "Dispatching Security Management System of Railway Business".
     The paper firstly select ASP.NET to design the system because of its strong management function and cheap development cost. Besides, it does not have to do any special configuration to hardware and update to operating system when it is used. After comparing and analyzing the characteristics of C/S and B/S, we select the B/S framework according to the characteristics of the dispatching security management of railway business.
     The paper then builds model of railway business information management system using the Petri net based designing patterns. The paper puts forward the architecture of workflow management system based on tree layers dispatching mechanism of security management, coming true by differentiating the affection of workflow's three basics element and dividing it into three layers. We also simplify workflow's execution and improve the workflow's flexibility and its support to the complicated business process application.
     After the modeling of the dispatching security management system according to the actual work flow, the paper then analyze the liveness, reachability, boundedness, safeness and efficiency of the model in detail. We prove the accuracy of our model according to the above characteristics.
     Finally the paper develops the failure management, emergency management, work management, announcement of railway business, contract management, BBS of railway business and system manage based on the model. Apart from this, we develop the security strategy of role based access control and XML based data exchanging of different database systems.
     The system has already been applied in Tietong successfully. After the practice, it is proved that this system has realized expense settlement management, dispatching security management, synthetic service management and system management functions. This system can not only meet the actual railway business needs of Tietong, but also raise the expense settlement efficiency and the dispatching management security significantly. Otherwise, it can reduce the management cost.
