翼机通管理及集中应用平台系统的方案设计与实践

摘要
目前在众多高校及企业中,信息化建设身份认证不能统一、门户不能统一。信息“孤岛”导致信息不能共享。用户通常得携带食堂卡,门禁卡或考勤卡,因此客户单位非常希望在一张卡片上实现多业务的整合。由于客户单位受资金和维护力量的限制,自建一卡通平台压力非常大,而中国电信却能凭借自身网络及硬件设备的维护力量以及行业应用的推广经验,基于“手机”与客户找到共赢的利益点。
     中国电信在这一时期推出“翼机通”业务,本产品是将天翼手机与一卡通的紧密融合,通过将高技术芯片嵌入到天翼手机的UIM卡中,实现手机门禁、手机考勤、手机消费、手机会议签到、停车场出入等应用功能及平台统一管理。
     翼机通业务一方面是作为物联网的基础应用,是中国电信响应国家关于推进“数字化校园建设”战略部署,是针对我国高校数字校园的发展需求推出的一种信息化新产品,以此服务客户,促升企事业信息化、校园信息化、城市信息化的建设;另一方面,中国电信以此促进移动业务及手机支付业务的发展,助力整个通信行业发展。
     宁夏电信翼机通集中平台建设主要包括网络架构的搭建,翼机通管理及应用子系统建设,数据库系统平台部署,电信自有业务引擎接口调试以及客户端POS等机具的接入。作者参与了平台前期建设招标,技术评标,项目建设管控,业务功能及完整业务流程测试,翼机通卡片及手机适配选型,客户端机具设备接入平台等工作。
     宁夏电信翼机通集中平台自2010年8月建成以来,可为用户提供消费,考勤,门禁,会议签到,停车场管理功能,截止2011年6月份,接入客户单位共计40家,已经发放翼机通卡4000余张,推动移动手机业务发展上万部。平台提供业务使用稳定,功能完善。

The customer units usally have difficulty in maintenance of power and capital, so theywill have to undertake huge pressure of self-built card platform While China Telecom are able to achieve point of interest of win-win situation with their own network and hardware maintenance and experience in industrial applications based on the "mobile phone". During this period, China Telecom launched the "wing" service, this product achieves that Tianyi phone integrates closely with the card by embedding high-tech chip in the wing UIM card.The product can realize access control, atendance, consuming,meeting, attendance,parking access and other applications, it can also realize unified manage-ment of platform
     On the one hand the "wing" service base on the application of the Internet of things. Responding to the country on promoting the "digital campus", China Telecom takes the strategic plan and lauches a new product of informatization in order to supply service for customers and promote the informatization construction of enterprises, colleges and cities;On the other hand, China Telecom will promote mobile services and mobile payment business development and it will be good to the entire communications industry.
     The construction of Ningxia Telecom centralized platform of Wing service includes network infrastructure,management and sub-construction application, platform deployment of database, debugging of business and client engine interfaces and access of equipments.The student myself has participated in the pre-construction tendering for platform, evaluation of technology, management and control of the project, tests of business processes and business functions I have also taken part in the adapter selection of wing card and phone, and access of client equipment to the platform
     Since August 2010, Ningxia Telecom centralized platform of Wing service has been completed, It can provide customers with consumption, attendance, access control, meeting attendance and parking management, To the date of June 2011, the platform has supplied for a total of 40 customer units and more than 4,000 wing cards have been released,promoting the development of mobile phone service. Ningxia Telecom centralized platform of Wing service provide a stable businessand it is fully functional.
