基于CAE技术的注塑模浇注系统优化设计

摘要
随着计算机软、硬件技术的发展,注塑模CAE技术也得到了前所未有的发展。CAE技术在模具制造之前就能发现设计中存在的问题,改变了主要依靠经验和直觉,反复试模、修模的传统设计方法。
     本文首先介绍了注塑模CAE发展的概况以及注塑模CAE系统。其次介绍了注塑模流动模拟理论,建立了流动过程的数学模型。基于CAE技术在注塑模设计中的应用,结合聚合物流变学原理,以压力的有效利用率为优化目标,推导了流道截面计算的新方法。最后,以电脑面板的成型过程为实例,进行流动模拟,对模拟结果作了详细地分析,反复修改模具设计方案,得到较理想的结果。
With the developing of computer software and hardware, injection plastic mould CAE has achieved tremendous developments. The defects can be discovered before mould is manufactured through using CAE. It changed the traditional way that depends on experience and intuition to test and modify mould time after time.
    In this paper, the development situation and system of injection plastic mould CAE are introduced summarily first. Second, flow simulation theory of injection plastic mould is introduced, math model of flow is established. Based on the application of CAE to the design of injection plastic mould, according to polymer rheology, with the
    object of effective utility ratio of pressure, established a new way of calculating runner's section. At last, the How simulation of a computer's panel is carried through as an example. The results are analyzed in detail, initial design is modified and better design is got.
