综合运输通道系统协调发展优化研究

摘要
就我国综合运输通道协调发展过程中存在的系统内部及外部协调问题进行研究。通过回顾国内外综合运输通道发展过程中遇到的问题及相关成果,结合我国现状,运用运筹学、系统论等优化理论与方法对综合运输通道对外部环境的影响机理和内部运输方式协调发展的一些重点问题进行研究。
     主要研究内容包括:
     (1)分析国内外关于综合运输通道理论要素研究成果,在总结既有成果的基础上,对综合运输通道的概念、特点、形成演化机理等方面进行研究。
     (2)分析综合运输通道对社会经济的影响,为合理规划通道布局及社会效益的计算提供依据;明确综合运输通道系统对外部环境的影响因素、作用机理,解决综合运输通道如何与社会其他系统协调发展的问题,最终指导通道系统内部的资源配置。
     (3)运用数学规划方法,建立一个非线性整数规划模型对综合运输通道内部高速铁路与既有线合理分工问题进行研究;应用博弈思想建立模型,对民航与高速铁路协调发展进行量化分析。
     本文紧紧围绕综合运输通道协调发展优化的主题,在理论上提出系统与外部环境协调发展的重要性和通道系统对外部环境的影响因素及影响机理。研究了涉及综合运输通道内部协调发展的两个问题,研究这两个问题过程中大规模运用数学规划方法,建立高速铁路与既有线合理分工模型和高速铁路与航空运输博弈模型,实现了研究方法的创新。
In this paper, the coordinated development problems of Chinese comprehensive transportation systems were studied. Many important aspects in the development of domestic and international transportation corridors were reviewed, and a lot of issues about the influence of comprehensive transportation corridors to the social and economic were studied with the operation research and system engineering theory.
     This paper studies include:
     (1) Analysis the domestic and international research findings on the theory and method of comprehensive transportation corridors planning. Based on the summary of these findings, studied the concept, character and evolution mechanism of comprehensive transportation corridor.
     (2) Based on analysis of the influence of comprehensive transportation corridor on the social and economic, this paper supplied the evidence of reasonable planning of corridors and compute of social benefits. It also found the factors and mechanism of comprehensive transportation corridors effect social and economic, then answered how can comprehensive transportation corridors get on with the other systems.
     (3) This paper also employed mathematic methods to establish a nonlinear integer planning model, and used this model analyzed reasonable division of labor between the high-speed rail and conventional rail. Then built a mathematic model with the game theory and used the model to studied the coordination of high-speed rail and aviation.
     This paper held the subject of comprehensive transportation corridors planning tightly, raised the issue of coordinated development between comprehensive transportation system and out systems and analyzed the importance of this issue. Researched two main problems about coordinated development of the comprehensive transportation corridor system, and in the process of research, amount of mathematical methods were employed. At last, this paper established a model of reasonable division of labor between high-speed rail and conventional rail, and created a game model about the competition and cooperation of high-speed rail and aviation.
