新现实与新动向

摘要
随着我国高速客运专线的建设，尤其是即将实施的京沪高速铁路，沿线的大
批客运站必将进行重建或改建。在这些方面，日本和欧盟在上世纪八、九十年代
的实践对我国有着极其重要的价值，尤其是欧洲高速铁路网的建设对欧盟经济以
及各城市客运站建设、站区开发产生了巨大的推动作用。本文正是以此为出发点，
通过对西方发达国家铁路客运站建设发展趋势的深入研究，结合我国的实际情
况，提出适合于我国的客运站设计原则。
全文分为三篇：上篇主要介绍了技术和经济等因素对铁路交通发展的推动作
用，以及在新的背景下铁路交通的重新定位与客运站地区的重新认识：客运站作
为城市交通枢纽的地位逐渐明确，对旧城更新和新城开发有着巨大的促进作用，
同时为地区的经济发展提供了动力；中篇从三方面对客运站进行了翔实、深入的
论述：在综合交通的新观念下当代铁路客运站的交通组织，在进一步简化、提高
自身效率的需求下客运站空间组织的新模式，并提出了客运站适应自身未来发展
以及商业化的要求，以及在多功能、综合、开放等特征下客运站结构形态的发展
趋向；下篇回顾了我国大型铁路客运站的现状及存在的问题，同时结合三个新南
站的设计动向，提出了适合我国国情的铁路客运站发展方向以及设计原则，希望
能够对新一轮的铁路客运枢纽建设提供一些帮助。
During the constructing of the high-speed passenger transport network, especially the
high-speed railway between Beijing and Shanghai, a large number of stations will be
built or rebuilt. Based on the facts of our country, this paper studies Japan and
European Union’s practice, and points out some principles for the station design.
There are three parts in this paper. Part I mainly introduces the impulses of the
driving factors as technology, economy, etc. that have been given to the
redevelopment of railway traffic, the re-orientation of the railway traffic and the
re-acquaintance of the station areas under the new circumstances. Part II fully and
accurately discusses the railway stations in three facets: the traffic organization under
the conception of integrated transportation, the new mode of the space composition
with optimized efficiency and the demand of railway station configuration and
commercialized process. Part III analyzes the current large-scale railway stations in
China and combs the design trend of three new stations. Finally, some suggestions for
the passenger railway stations which are suitable to China have been put forward, at
the same time, are regarded as the good ideals that can provide designing experiences
for railway station construction in China.
批客运站必将进行重建或改建。在这些方面，日本和欧盟在上世纪八、九十年代
