论西安大唐电信公司ERP项目对企业战略规划的支持作用

摘要
西安大唐电信有限公司是我国民族通信设备制造业的骨干企业之一,近几年,由于国内通信设备市场需求的下降,以及企业内部管理存在的问题,经营出现困难。为摆脱困境,并谋求进一步的发展,大唐电信通过制定了企业近期的发展战略规划,并通过引进ERP系统等措施提高企业的管理水平,保证战略规划的有效实施。
     本文通过分析大唐电信的内外部环境、企业竞争格局,制定了大唐电信近期的经营目标和战略规划;阐述了ERP系统的基本理论和主要管理思想,ERP(企业资源计划)是指建立在信息技术基础上,以系统化的管理思想为指导,为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台;结合ERP理论,介绍了大唐电信ERP项目的实施情况和主要应用模块,分析了大唐电信实施ERP系统进行的业务流程重组。最后着重对ERP系统为企业战略规划带来的支持作用进行了阐述,指出ERP系统作为先进的管理信息系统将有效的提高企业的管理水平,为企业带来明显的效益。
Xi'an Da Tang Telephone Cooperation is one of the leading company in Chinese telecommunicaton equipment production field.The company is developping well from its establishment. But in recent years, the management became harder because of the reduction of the demand in domestic telecommunication equipment market, and the existed problems in the inner management.
    In order to break away the bad conditions and improve itself, Datang Telephone has made a development strategy plan, based on the analysis of the inside and outside circumstances, and take measures to improve the management levels, thus to carry out the strategy plan successfully.
    Therefore, at this time ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) management information system is introduced and carried out. ERP system, which is established on the information technology and guided by a systematic management theory, is a kind of management platform usd in decision-making for both policy-making level and common employees. Through the ERP system, our company will make the BPR (Business Process Reengineering) come true, and establish the information-sharing platform in the company.
    This article discusses the the implementation conditions of the ERP in Datang Telephone, and analyses the surpporting function of the ERP for Company Strategy Plan.
    And finally, this article indicates that ERP, as one of the advanced management information system, will improve the management level of
