落锤式弯沉仪的应用研究

摘要
近年来,我国公路建设正处在空前的高速增长期,高速公路通车里程已达到20,000公里,河北省高速公路通车里程也已超过1,500公里。由于路面弯沉检测与分析是路面承载力评估的基础,是路面使用性能评定的重要组成部分。因此为适应公路事业的快速发展,迫切需要一种高精度、高效率、信息量丰富的弯沉检测设备和相应的路面承载力分析方法。落锤式弯沉仪的出现适应了这一需要。
     我国八十年代后期开始引进落锤式弯沉仪(FWD),至今已有十多年历史,经过大量试验研究已取得了一定成果,由于我国应用落锤式弯沉仪还不普及以及试验规范的严重滞后,这就给直接应用落锤式弯沉仪带来了一定的困难。为了使落锤式弯沉仪能直接应用与公路检测,我们选定不同的试验路段包括高速公路、一级、二级干线公路进行了大量的试验。通过数据计算与分析,得到了落锤式弯沉仪和贝克曼梁的对比关系,并在我省得到了初步应用。
     我们利用落锤式弯沉仪测得的弯沉盆研究已取得了初步成果。目前可根据弯沉盆计算路面结构层弹性模量。由于该反算结果的精确性需要大量开挖路面,所以目前研究结果处于初步阶段,仅限于理论研究。随着研究的不断深入,这些问题将会得到逐步解决,落锤式弯沉仪将会有更广阔的应用前景。
Highway construction has been increasing rapidly for recent years. Up to date, the total length of expressway has reached 2000km,in Hebei, it has exceeded 1500km .In order to adapt for the quick development, we need a kind of deflection examination equipment which is more exact, more efficient and hold more data, then accordingly anew analysis method for pavement, bearing capacity .The presence of Falling Weight Deflectmeter meets this need.
    It has been more than ten years since we introduced FWD into our field at the end of 1980s. Because the application of FWD is not widespread and the experiment -criterion is very lagging, we have some difficulties in its direct application. In order to solve this problem, we selected the different, test section, finished a large number of parallel examinations, then found the correlation and applied it in our province.
    At present we have obtain some achievement in the research of the deflection basin measured by FWD. According to the deflection basin, we can calculate the pavement elastic modulus. But we need to excavate much pavement to verify the accuracy of the result; so our research result is still in the primary phase. At the soon future, this problem will be solved.
