小门数程控数字调度机的设计与实现

摘要
数字程控交换机在语音通信中有着极其重要的作用。除了通用大门数程控交换系统提供基本的语音服务外,专用的程控交换机在一些特殊部门如公安、消防、医疗急救、厂矿和电力系统中常常承担着重要的调度任务,这种专用的完成调度功能的交换机一般称为数字程控调度机,本文设计的小门数数字程控调度机就主要应用于电力部门。随着通信技术和计算机技术的广泛应用,电力部门的大多数变电所已实现了无人值守,因而小门数、高可靠性、具备新业务功能、低成本的数字程控调度系统有着较好的市场需求。近年来,由于新技术的广泛使用,以前成本高昂的技术手段现已可普遍应用在中小型的系统设计中,制造一种小门数、高性能、低成本的数字程控调度系统已成为可能。本文主要采用了CPLD技术提高硬件的集成度以保证系统的高可靠性:用数字信号处理技术完成交换系统中大量的语音信号的产生和识别,代替以前的专用语音信号处理芯片,降低了成本,提高了性能:用高性能的通用PC104单元完成主处理机的工作,大大提高了数字交换系统的信息处理能力,并为今后的技术升级提供了方便:在系统结构上对用户端口和中继端口采用模块化设计,性能可靠,维护方便。
Digital switchs are playing an extremely importantrole in voice communication. While commom large volume digital switch systems provide basic voice services, special digital switches are often undertaking critical coordination tasks in some special units, such as police, fire-fighting departments, medical emergency services, factories and ore fields, as well as power systems. These dedicated exchangers used to execute coordination are commonly called Digital Programmable Coordinator (DPC). The small volume DPC'S introduced in this article are majorly used in power systems. With the common applications of communication and computer technology, most transformer substations in power systems have accomplished No-Human-On-Duty functionality. As a consequence, small volume, highly reliable and low cost DPCs with new features are in greater demand. Due to wide-spreading of new technologies in recent years, previously high cost technologies are commonly applied in small and middle size system designs now. Such a reality makes it possible to implement a small volume, high quality and low cost DPCs. This article uses CPLD technology to improve the hardware integration degree so as to ensure the high system reliability; it applies digital signal process technology to producing and recognizing large volume ditigal voice signals in switch systems; it replaces the old-used special voice signal process chips, thus lowers the cost, improves the quality; it uses high quality common PC 104 units to complete the main processor tasks, which greatly improves the signal processing capability in the digital switch systems, and provides a great convinence for future technology upgrade as well; in system archtecture, we exploit modular design technique on client ports and repeater ports, which gains more reliability and easy maintenance.
