动车组电空制动系统仿真研究

摘要
随着干线铁路动车组的国产化和城市轨道交通建设的进行,对制造部门电动车组系统的技术支持、对运用部门人员培训等工作提出了迫切的要求,对制动系统进行理论联系实际的教学就是最紧急的任务之一。
     本课题旨在配合我国干线铁路动车组的国产化和城市地铁电动车组的国产化以及运用、维修方面的技术支持、人员培训需要,开发制动系统模拟试验装置进行系统的研究,利用计算机仿真作为软件手段,结合从指令到制动力的制动控制模拟试验硬件装置,实现制动控制系统的计算机模拟,从而为低成本、短周期地实现动车组相关产品全面国产化所需的技术和人员培训提供基本支持。
     本文以CRH2 200km/h EMU动车组为背景,分析介绍了动车组制动系统相关技术、装备,建立了制动相关的力学模型;分析了动车组空气制动、再生制动、耐雪制动等原理;动力学方程的推导计算;对不同制动工况下制动力B、减速度β的取值计算,补足制动力的计算进行了研究;分析了制动过程中有关参数的变化规律。运用c++builder编程环境制作了动车组制动仿真系统,详细分析了系统各部分的设计及使用情况,研究了制动中各变化参数的规律。
     本仿真系统最终实现的功能有动车组9个档位(8个制动,一个运行)的模拟变换,制动工况的选择(空气、再生、耐雪);不同的级位下动车组速度的动态变化,再生制动力、再生制动电流的动态显示;空气制动力及补足制动力的变化规律;制动过程中相关参数的显示并以实时曲线及柱状图形式显示相关动态信息。经试验验证,本系统能较好的模拟动车组的制动工况,便于对制动中各种力学关系的分析及速度变化规律的研究,为动车组产品国产化及制动研究提供了一种手段。
With development of nationalization of train-set and transportation construction of city railway, emergent demands are requested referring to technical support for train-set system of manufacture department and employees training in operation department. Combined theory with reality is the emergent task for braking system. National train-set nationalization, city subway EMU nationalization and technical support and employee training to operating and maintaining these arouse relevant research of this theme. Utilizing computer simulation method, the article deeply researches into simulation tester of exploitation braking system. Combined with the braking simulation hardware testers from instruction to braking force, it realizes computer simulation of guidance & control system and even realizes the basic guarantee to technology and employees training for overall train-set relevant products' nationalization within low cost and short period.
     Under the background of CRH2 200km/h EMUq, this article briefly introduces relevant technology and appliance of train-set braking system, relevant dynamics model's foundation, theory analysis and deduction account of dynamics equation for train-set's atmosphere braking, regenerative braking and snow-tolerance braking. It involves value account for complimentary braking force, braking force B and decelerationβin different situations. It also analyzes relevant parameter's variation regulation during braking process. This article erects train-set simulation system by c++builder programme , analyzes each element's design and usage in details and researches regulation of each variation parameter in braking system. The ultimate purposes of this simulation are as follows:Simulative transformation of 9 gears of train-set (inclusive of 8 braking fittings, 1 operation fitting), choice of working situation of braking system (atmosphere, regeneration and snow-tolerance);Dynamic transformation of train-set speed with different gears and dynamic transformation of regenerative braking force and regenerative braking current;
     The display of relevant parameter during braking process and relevant dynamic information's display by real-time curve and columnar section
     Through test, this system can model train-set's braking situation well, convenient to analysis on various dynamic relations and research on rate variation regulations in braking system. It offers a kind of method to nationalization of train-set products and braking researches.
