工业喷墨打印控制系统研究

摘要
喷墨技术在工业打印领域有重要的应用价值。本文在分析工业打印系统的应用需求和现有设备技术性能不足的基础上,通过比较各种不同喷墨打印技术和系统在原理、耗材、技术参数等方面的区别,提出将离散二态压电喷墨技术推广应用到工业文档打印领域。研究了实现离散二态压电喷墨打印系统控制的若干关键技术,并在此基础上设计控制系统的硬件和驱动软件。
     本文分析喷墨打印头喷射频率与打印速度、横向和纵向打印分辨率之间的关系,设计了基于位置环的纵向分辨率控制方案。给出了打印分辨率、打印线速度、打印头喷射频率三者之间的约束关系,提出突破打印头喷射频率极限,进一步提高打印速度的方法。通过分析一类工业打印应用的特征,总结出工业打印系统对页面实时控制能力的一般需求。
     分析XAAR基于离散二态压电喷墨技术的打印头电气接口,设计了控制系统软硬件。与传统的外设模式不同,本系统在逻辑上是一个可独立运行的专用嵌入式系统。控制系统在硬件层面通过FIFO机制克服了打印头对数据的实时性需求与CPU分时工作模式之间的矛盾。按照打印纵向的位置环控制模式,设计了位置信号的解释电路。为实现页面实时控制能力,使控制字符与页面数据结合在一起,在最终打印前提取并解释执行,确保输出应用的安全可靠。
     本文研究的系统针对各种不同的具体应用需求有较强的适应性。系统可控制在较大的喷射距离范围内,使用不同性质油墨,实现对不同物体表面的打印输出。系统在若干工业应用指标上与现有系统相比有明显的优势。
Ink-jet print technology is important in the industrial printing applications. The work principle and the control method of the discrete binary piezoelectricities ink-jet printing system is studied in this paper.
     The relationship among the ink-jet print-head spraying frequency, the printing speed, and the printing resolution is analyzed. A novel position feedback control method is proposed to break through the printing speed's upper limit under the existing print-head spraying frequency. The real-time control demand in printing of the special-purpose industrial printing system is summarized by analying their characteristic.
     Based on the discrete binary piezoelectricities ink-jet technology, the software and hardware of control system is designed after analysing the electricity connection of XAAR's print-head The control system overcomes the contradiction between the print-head's continual demand on data and the CPU's time-sharing working pattern with a FIFO struct- ure. The position signal explanation circuit is designed as the printing position feedback control pattern. In order to realize the real-time control, the control character and the page data is combined, and they are withdrawed, explained, and executed before printing.
     The control system has the strong compatibility for each kind of different particular application demand. It can make the ink-jet printer to print on the different surface in a large spraying scope with a variety of ink. Compared with the existing system, the technical specification of the printing control system we researched has . the obvious superiority in certain industrial application.
