回转体零件特征建模方法研究

摘要
特征建模技术是先进制造技术的发展要求,建立一个共享的零件特征模型是CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统的关键技术之一。特征建模系统能提供后续CAM系统所需的零件几何信息和工艺信息,实现各个CAX系统之间的信息共享与交换。
     本课题研究工作目的是通过对回转体零件特征建模,研究在特征参数化设计生成零件图的同时实现描述、提取和输出零件几何信息和工艺信息的方法,以特征为载体实现设计与制造之间的信息共享与交换,以适应现代技术发展及产品快速更新的要求。
     本文基于成组技术(GT)和并行工程(CE)的基本原理对回转体零件特征建模及信息提取进行研究。采用特征表面描述法,通过对回转体零件的形状特征、精度特征、材料特征、技术特征、管理特征等关键因素以代码的形式进行描述及提取来完成零件几何信息和工艺信息的输出,即在特征参数化设计生成零件图的同时将全部特征信息存入一个数据文件中。
     本文以AutoCAD2000为操作平台,在Visual LISP集成开发环境下用AutoLISP语言和DCL语言进行二次开发,即进行实用的特征模型库的建立、特征参数化绘图编程及用户界面设计,用程序驱动法实现回转体零件参数化特征设计及数据信息的提取和输出。
     本设计软件实现了模块化的设计风格,具备了为功能扩充与完善的设计接口。
Feature mode1ing technology is the requirement for development
    of the advanced manufacturing technology. Mode1 ing a shared feature
    mode1 of parts is one of the key techno1ogies of CAD/CAPP/CAN
    integrated system. Feature mode1ing system can provide not only the
    geometry information of parts, but also process information of the
    parts, which latter procedure CAM system needs, to real ize share and
    exchange for information between each CAX systems.
    The aim of this research work is to research how to rea1 ize that
    the geometry information and process information of the part is
    described and extracted whi 1e parametric feature part drawing is
    formed by means of feature mode1ing for revo1ving mode1 parts.
    Features act as media to realize share and exchange for information
    between design and manufacture in order to fit the requirements for
    deve1opment of modern techno1ogy and rapid renewal of products.
    This paper carries out to research for the method of the
    informat ion prescription and information extraction of parts on the
    base of the fundamenta1 principles of Group Technology (GT) and
    Concurrent Engineering (CE). The output of the geometry information
    and process information is completed by means of prescription and
    extract ion with code form and feature surface prescription method for
    the contour features, material features, precision features,
    technica1 features and management features of the revolving mode1
    parts, that is, while parametric feature part drawing is formed a11
    feature information is memorized in a data fi1e.
    Under the condition of AutoCAD and Visual LISP, the
    re--developing, that is, the bui1ding of the feature mode1 1ibrary,
    the progranuning of the parametric feature drawings and the design of
    the interface for user by means of AutoLISP and DCL, is carried out
    in order to realize the parametric feature design of the revolving
    model parts by program driving method and to rea1ize the extraction
    and output of information.
    This software design with modularizing has design interfaces of
    extension and perfection of functions.
