参数化技术及其在机床夹具CAD系统中的应用

摘要
本课题是利用参数化技术来设计开发机床夹具CAD系统,以解决传统的夹具设计存在着设计周期长,设计效率低等问题,从而大大提高设计速度,减少重复劳动,满足现代制造系统灵活,快速的要求,提高企业的市场竞争力。
     本课题是在windows98/2000、WindowsNT4.0操作系统上,利用FoxPro建立数据库,以Visual C++6.0可视化编程语言和AutoCAD二次开发语言objectARX为开发工具,在AutoCAD2000开发平台上开发的二维参数化CAD软件。
     本论文主要回顾了CAD的概念、发展历程、组成以及国内外应用现状,详细介绍了系统的总体设计和各功能模块的设计,并着重阐述了系统开发过程中的各项关键技术,如面向对象技术、AutoCAD二次开发技术、参数化技术、人机交互界面设计和数据库操作技术以及它们在本系统中的应用。
This project makes use of parametric technology to develop CAD system of machine tool fixture .It can solve some problems of tradition machine tool fixture such as long design period, low design efficiency and so on. Therefore, it can increase design speed, reduce repetition laboring and satisfy rapid and flexible request of modern manufacture system. As a result, increasing competing power of the enterprise.
    The project runs on Windows 98/2000 or Windows NT4.0 platform. It is two-dimensioned parametric CAD software that is developed secondarily on the basis of AutoCAD 2000. Main developing tools are FoxPro that is used to build basic database and Visual C++6.0 and ObjectARX as a compiler to enhance a user-friend interface.
    In this thesis, the concept, developing survey, constitution and application at home and abroad of CAD are reviewed. The design of mainframe and every module of the system are introduced in detail. The key techniques during developing are expounded briefly, such as object-oriented techniques, secondary-developing techniques of AutoCAD, parametric techniques, techniques for interface designing and engineering database operating. The application of these techniques in the software is described as well.
