直线电机的计算机辅助设计及仿真研究

摘要
直线电机的计算机辅助设计,是CAD(Computer Aided Design)技术在电机设计领域的具体应用之一。CAD技术能把计算机的快速、准确、直观和设计者的逻辑思维、综合分析能力及设计经验结合起来,加速了产品的设计过程,缩短了设计周期,提高了产品或工程设计的自动化。目前,随着微型计算机的普及,计算机和外围设备的迅速发展,以及数据库技术,软件工程理论,各种数值计算方法的成熟,电机CAD技术不仅在内容上,而且在方法上都发生了显著的变化。它的应用不只局限于科学计算,而是以科学计算、图形处理和数据库等具有多种功能的集成软件系统形式提供给用户使用。
     本课题主要针对直线电机的计算机辅助设计,以流行的Visual Basic作为直线电机软件的开发平台,结合AutoCAD2000关于Visual Basic的二次开发,并在Microsoft Access数据库平台上建立了数据管理系统,开发出一个具有良好用户界面的交互性的直线电机CAD软件系统。该软件系统以可视化思想为指导,以人—机交互的方式运行。由于用户界面十分友好,用户无需具备计算机水平,也能够很快熟悉该软件的各种操作。
     本课题把计算机绘图这一功能结合到了整个CAD系统中,使整个电机CAD软件包集电机设计、电机数据库管理系统、自动出图功能为一体,显得更为智能化,自动控制了直线电机设计的整个流程和数据传递,大大减轻了设计人员的负担,使设计人员能够方便地进行电机设计。
     此外,本文以用在磁悬浮列车上的长定子同步直线电机为例,对长定子同步直线电机作了仿真。
     目前,该软件已经在实际项目中得以应用。第一个应用是有关直线电机电梯中的圆筒型直线感应电机的设计;第二个应用是有关磁悬浮列车中用到的长定子同步直线电机的仿真。实践证明,该软件很好地完成了这两项工作。可见,该直线电机CAD软件包具有一定的实用价值。
The computer Aided Design of linear motor, is one of the practical application
     of CAD(Computer Aided Design) technique in the field of electrical machine's design.
     The CAD technique can fall together the computer's speediness, precision, intuitionist
     and the designers logical thinking, integrated analytical ability, design's experience.
     So it accelerates the design's process of production, shortens the design's cycle,
     improve the automatization of production design. Now, along with the popularization
     of microcomputer, the rapid development of computer and peripheral equipment, the
     CAD of electrical machine has occurred distinct changes in content and method. Not
     only its application is science compute, but also it offers to users by the
     multifuncti onal integration software system's form.
    
     The paper mostly aims at the CAD of linear motor. It builds the development
     platform of linear machine software by fashionable Visual Basic. It combines the
     second development of AutoCAD2000 about Visual Basic. Not only it builds the
     database management system in the Microsoft Access platform, but also it develops
     the alternating linear machine CAD software system having good user interface. The
     software system has the characteristic of man-machine conversation. Owing to the Cl
     is very friend]y, users can know well all kinds of manipulation of the software rapidly
     not having to compute knowledge.
    
     The paper combines the function of computer drawing in the whole CAD system,
     so the whole electrical machine CAD software integrates the functions of the
     electrical machine design, the electrical database management system and automatic
     plotting. The software is so intellectualized that it automatically controls the whole
     design flow and data transfer. It lightens the designer's burden, and makes them
     design the electrical machine expediently~
    
     Besides, the paper uses the simulation of the long stator synchronization linear
     motor in the MAGLEV as an example and introduces the simulation of the linear
     motor.
    
     At present, the software applies in the practical item. The first application is the
     design of cylindrical linear induction motor in the elevator driven by linear motor. The
     second application is the simulation of long stator synchronization linear motor in the
     MAGLEV. Facts have proved that the software completed the tasks successfully. It is
     obvious that the linear electrical machine CAD software has definite practical value.
