企业生产物流管理信息系统开发策略及应用研究

摘要
生产物流是企业物流的重要组成部分，合理科学的生产物流系统直接关系到企业的生产效率和生产效益，在提高产品质量和降低生产成本方面也是具有举足轻重的地位。
传统的人工生产物流管理系统越来越不能适应现代经济和生产的发展变化，取而代之的是计算机化的管理系统，信息化管理是企业现代化管理的趋势。但对计算机化的生产物流管理信息系统的开发和研究而言，还没有较成熟的经验，还缺乏统一规范的方法。只注重开发技术而不注重开发策略的选择和项目的组织管理的模式已不能从根本上保证系统开发的顺利实现。
本文从生产物流、信息管理系统的发展历史及趋势、计算机化的生产物流管理与控制现状等方面，对系统开发的开发方法和开发策略作了细致的分析，讨论了改进原型法的系统开发思想，并将生命周期法和原型法相结合，提出了一种确定系统功能及数据处理需求的新方法——形式原型法。
结合我国生产物流管理信息系统开发的问题对系统开发的开发方法和开发策略的选择进行了系统的研究，剖析了对象系统的综合特征，为使开发策略和开发方法规范化，总结提出了用于选择的方法模型，分析了影响系统开发及方法模型选择的主要因素，并建立了影响因素与方法模型之间的关系模型。本文用系统工程的模型化理论，确立了诸影响因素间的层次结构，从而提出了系统开发方法模型选择的指导性模型：

另外，本文后面第4章，还根据武钢金结公司的实际情况，结合前面的理论应用，提出了武钢金结公司的生产物流管理信息系统的方法模型、开发目标、指导思想、总体设计及子程序流程图，其对武钢金属结构公司生产局域网的开发起到了很重要的作用。

The traditional management system fell behind the modem development, and was replaced by computerized management system, which suggests the prospect of management system Information. However, it's not mature enough in the exploring and applying of the computerized. Logistics Management. Information System. The contemporary management, system that over-emphasizes the technique exploring but ignores the strategy exploring cannot guarantee the successful realization in the system exploration.
The thesis discusses the approach as well as development method of improved prototyping, combining with the method of life cycle and prototyping presents a new method of data process that fixes the system function and data-process requirement through detailed analysis on the exploring approach as well as exploring strategy. The new method is called demonstration original model.
Secondly, the thesis is also dedicated to the research of how to choose the system exploring strategy combining with the contemporary problems in logistics management information system exploration. The thesis presents a method model combining with systematic research on the contemporary problems in the exploration of the produce Logistics management information system, which guarantees a more regular exploration strategy and method. The idea is presented on the basis of analyzing the majorfactors concerned, and is conveyed in the relation model, between the concerned factors and the method model. The paper quotes the system Project model theory to fix the importance and structure of the factors; and the represented model is:

Besides, in the fourth chapter, the paper brings up Wugang Jinjie company's. Produce Logistics Management System which includes method model, exploring object instructive, idea, general design as well as the sub-programme chart according to its actual circumstances, which to some extent hears constructive, effects.
