柴油机掺烧含羟基液体或燃料的研究

摘要
在T1115压燃式发动机的基础上,开发双喷射系统压燃式单缸试验机。为压燃式发动机能够大比例的使用各种液体燃料和掺烧各种助燃液体添加剂提供了一个试验平台。并分别进行了过氧化氢对压燃式发动机性能和排放的影响,甲醇和乙醇在压燃式发动机上应用研究。研究结果表明:采用向燃烧室内喷射H_2O_2的方法可降低消光式烟度30%左右;使用甲醇和乙醇燃料的最大比例达到90%以上,并且工作稳定可靠,同时烟度和NO_x排放下降50%以上。为了提高这种柴油-醇燃料发动机的经济性和实用性,不但对该发动机的负荷范围和喷射定时提出了应采取的两种控制方式,而且还针对该发动机的双喷射系统提出了多项改进方案。
     把代用液体燃料在压燃式发动机上使用会较在点燃式发动机上使用节省25%能源。特别是随着石油的紧缺,我国汽车代用液体燃料的使用数量在逐年增加的新形式下,在我国25%代用液体燃料将是个“相当大的数量”。本研究所开发的双喷射系统压燃式发动机是一种能高效率、大比例、方便灵活使用各种燃料的“多种液体燃料压燃式发动机”。它不但能适应节省能源的需要;也能适应减少环境污染的需要;还能满足今后我国汽车燃料多样性的需要。在压燃式发动机上大比例应用清洁的醇类燃料,不仅发扬祖国醇类燃料资源丰富之长,避开我国石油贫乏之短,有利于缓解我国对进口石油的依赖。并且它能够实现各种液体燃料都用同一种方式在同一台发动机上高效率、方便灵活使用,这非常值得我们去研究和探讨。
The energy and environment are two important problems existing in the development of human society. More and more energy is needed and the environment protection becomes more and more important. Due to petroleum crisis and the vehicles emissions that have done a great harm to human’s health in the world, the dominance of gasoline and diesel used as the fuel in vehicle engines must be diverted into more kinds of fuel in the future. The kinds of fuel be used quickly or slowly, which firstly depends on petroleum shortage and exhaustion or not, secondly depends on the development sophistication of the engine energized by various kinds of alternative fuels, thirdly depends on degree of pollution from the alternative fuel engines. The petroleum oil shortage and emission regulations are getting stricter. Except traditional gasoline and diesel fuels, engines must use more clean fuels and some other fuels that emit less pollution. Developing more kinds of fuel for diesel engines, we should find out virtues and defects of fuel used in diesel engines, add to virtues and correct defects, diesel engine can use different fuel when diesel engines have a little reform. To reduce petroleum import from other countries, we shouldn’t count on petroleum import. It is a good method that is in keep with our country, and is advantageous to growing of vehicles and petroleum industry as well.
     The key to Study fuel containing oxygen and hydrogen, or liquid with oxygen and hydrogen on a DI Compression Ignition Engine is to design a DI Compression Ignition Engine with dual Injection systems. On the basis of the T1115 diesel engine, developing work includes how to drive second Injection system, to reform cylinder cap and injector, to control fuel per cycle between the tow injectors, to install sensor of cylinder pressure and grating plate of crank angle measure, to install electric motor and generator for engine starting, to control automatically temperature of cooling water and lubrication oil. The test engine has its characteristics; such as dual Injection systems are synchronism, injection quantity per cycle can be adjusted independence, injection time can be adjusted independence in 0~720°CA, pressure of the cylinder can be measured while fuel burning conveniently. The results prove that the test engine can satisfy the needs of the DI Diesel engine by Additional Injection of liquid with oxygen and hydrogen.
