短信统计分析系统软件设计与实现

摘要
随着电信业务的发展,各大电信运营商纷纷将竞争的重点放在提高核心竞争力,把握资源优势,提高运营服务能力上来。由于基于短信的增值业务平台拥有标准的协议、简单易用、全国联网,大大降低了SP业务接入的技术门槛;同时为各SP提供了“一点接入,本地计费,一点结算,全网服务”的完善而周到的服务,从而使得基于短信的增值业务得到了迅猛的发展。但是新的增值业务带有先天的缺陷:由于经验不足,造成监管不力,某些SP为了自己的利益采用了一些不正常的竞争手段牟取利益;种类繁多的增值业务系统接入,使得网络更加复杂,隐患增多,难以维护;同时,对短信系统的处理能力提出了更高的要求。为了弥补以上不足,提出了“短信统计分析系统”项目的研究与建设。本项目保证了短信系统稳定、高效、安全的运行,实现了对短信收发数据进行深度挖掘,分析用户的行为规律,促进了短信的增值业务的发展。
     本论文首先分析了短信的增值业务平台所涉及的一些主要协议。第三章研究了“短信统计分析系统”所涉及的关键技术:通过对短信增值业务网络互联技术的研究,实现了短信网络的稳定、可靠的运行;通过采用防火墙技术、MD5加密算法和RAID5技术实现了数据的安全。论文在第四章详细描述“短信统计分析系统”各模块软件的设计与实现。“短信统计分析系统”软件通过软件需求分析、软件设计、软件实现、软件测试、验收与交付等一系列软件工程化的生产过程,经历了一系列严格的测试。目前该系统已经上线运行,并取得了良好的社会效益。
     随着“短信统计分析系统”的上线运行,各市分公司在基于短信的各种增值业务推广过程中,提出了大量的业务数据统计需求,使得WEB发布内容不断地丰富充实。随着时间的推移,“短信统计分析系统"为短信业务的发展提供了越来越广泛、越来越丰富的支持;在基于短信的增值业务推广中扮演着越来越重要的角色。
Along with the development of telecom, the main operators focus on raising the core competitive power, keeping advantages of their resources and improving service capability. The platform of value added service based on SMS has standard protocols, attributes of simpleness and easy-to-use, network covering the whole country, and then lowers the technology threshold greatly. It provides for SP with perfect service. So value added service based on SMS has progressed rapidly. However, the new value added service has inborn shortages. Under the few experiences and the weak supervision, certain SP uses unnormal means to make interest. Various value added service systems make the network more complicated and the increasing hidden troubles make the maintenance difficult. Meanwhile the processing ability of SMS system must improve to cater for the higher demand. In order to make up the deficiency above we put forward the research and constitution of SMS statistical analysis system. This research ensures the stable, high efficient and safe running of the SMS system; and it realizes the deep dig of sending and receiving data which is used to analyze the users' behavior. And in this way it promotes the development of SMS value added service.
     In this paper, the main protocols involved in platform of based on SMS are analyzed at first. Key technologies involved in SMS statistical analysis system are researched in chapter three. Research of network interconnection technology in SMS value added service can help the SMS network run steadily. Data safety is realized by using firewall technology, MD5 encryption algorithm and RAID5 technology. In chapter four, the design and implement of modules in SMS statistical analysis system are described in details. The SMS statistical analysis system has passed through software engineering production process, including software demand analysis, design, realization, test, approval and payment and so on, has experienced a series of strict tests. Now this system has run and gets great social benefit.
     Along with the run of SMS statistical analysis system, a lot of demands on data statistics emerge in the various kinds of value added service based on SMS of the branch companies in every city, while Web contents become richer. In process of time, this system will continue support the development of SMS service and play a more and more important role in the value added service based on SMS.
