TETRA数字集群系统分组数据交换网关的研究与开发

摘要
TETRA数字集群系统提供安全、可靠以及高效率的语音和数据通信,在全球范围得到了广泛应用。目前,我国所使用的TETRA数字集群设备全部依赖国外进口,不但价格昂贵,而且给国家安全埋下了隐患。因此,开发我国自主知识产权的TETRA数字集群系统具有重要意义。
     TETRA数字集群系统分组数据交换网关系统完成了TETRA数字集群系统分组数据功能,为TETRA数字集群系统用户提供通用的分组无线接入服务,在整个TETRA数字集群系统中有着重要的作用。TETRA分组数据交换网关提供了一种处理高速传输数据的方法,是一种基于分组数据承载业务的数据交换实体,为无线用户提供图片传输、电子邮件、网页浏览、全球定位系统等多种分组数据业务,以及丰富的无线指挥调度应用。因此,分组数据交换网关系统的开发是TETRA数字集群系统开发的关键。
     本文综述了TETRA数字集群通信系统技术特点及其在国内外的发展状况,结合TETRA数字集群系统的发展趋势。在TETRA数字集群系统的软交换架构基础上,详细地分析了TETRA数字集群系统分组交换网关设计与实现原理。基于Telelogic Tau G2集成开发环境和Linux/C开发环境,利用UML语言和C语言编程实现了TETRA分组数据交换网关实体的功能过程。分别开发了GTP的路径管理程序、移动台发起的PDP上下文激活和去激活、网络发起的PDP上下文激活和去激活、分组数据的发送和接收等功能。完成了协议一致性测试的部分测试用例,测试结果与TETRA数字集群系统空中接口协议标准和GTP协议标准描述一致,满足设计需求。本论文包含图52幅,表10个,参考文献38篇。
Based on its safe, stable and highly efficient voice and data traffic, TETRA digital trunked system is broadly applied in world wide. At the present time, all the TETRA digital trunked system equipments being used in China are imported. They are not only expensive but also cause hidden trouble for the national security. Therefore, it makes great sense to develop TETRA digital trunked system with our own independent intellectual property right.
     The packet data transffering function of TETRA digital trunked system is completed by TETRA digital trunked system packet data switching gateway system. Providing the customers of TETRA with current packet radio accessing service, it plays an important role in the whole TETRA digital trunked system. TETRA packetdata switching gateway provides a way of procedureing data transmission in high-speed. It is a data switching entity based on packet data transmission service. It provides the wireless subscribers with the packet data services of photo transmission, E-mail, web browser, global positioning system, etc. and also abundant wireless control and dispatch application. Thereby, the development of packetdata switching gateway system is the key point in TETRA digital trunked system.
     This article gives an overview of TETRA digital trunked communication system's technical features and development condition in the country. Combined with TETRA digital trunked system's development trend and its softswitching architechture, the article analyses the design and principium of TETRA digital trunked system packet data switching gateway in detail. Based on the integrated development environment of Telelogic Tau G2 and Linux/C, it achieves the functions of TETRA packet data switching gateway entity by programming in languages UML and C. and it also developes Path Management Program of GTP, MS initiated PDP Context Activation and Deactivation, Network initiated PDP Context Activation and Deactivation, Receiving and Sending of Packet Data. In the tests of protocol conformancet, the results are conformed to the TETRA digital trunked system air interface protocol standard and GTP protocol standard, which means it met the design requirements. This paper contains 52 figures, 10 tables and 38 references.
