新型耐高温换热器涂料的制备及其性能的研究

摘要
本文详细叙述了有机硅-环氧树脂的合成工艺,通过耐温、及其物理机械性能试验确定环氧-有机硅树脂的比例,通过红外光谱和热失重试验分别确定缩聚反应的反应情况和环氧-有机硅的耐温性,同时测定环氧-有机硅树脂的基本物理机械性能。
     以环氧-有机硅-酚醛三元树脂为基料研制的QHF型换热器涂料,与环氧聚酯、无机磷酸盐富锌涂料进行耐温性、热冲击性能及防腐蚀性能的比较,并讨论了耐热颜料及涂装工艺对涂层性能的影响。将QHF型涂料与换热器专用涂料进行耐腐蚀、耐热、耐250℃高温蒸汽及机械力学性能比较。
     分别将环氧-有机硅-酚醛涂层与换热器专用涂料涂层浸泡在80℃、3%NaCl溶液中一周,根据在不同浸泡时间下测得的两种涂层的电化学阻抗谱,讨论了阻抗谱图特征变化与涂层结构及性能变化的关系,并根据阻抗谱图的解析结果评价了两种涂层的防护性能。
     根据浸泡试验结果及阻抗谱图解析结果,QHF型涂料能够对换热器进行保护,以延长换热器的使用年限。
The aritical narrate the synthesis technics of epoxy-polyslioxane,the proporation of epoxy-polyslioxane the ability of endurable high temperature studied by experimentation of endurable high temperature、 physics mechanistic property、 IS and DSC.
    The epoxy-polyslioxane-phenolic three-component resin as the main base of coating for heat exchanger, compared with epoxy- polyester、 powdered zinc inorganic phosphate coating in aspect of endurable high temperature、 heat strike、endurable corrosion. The effect of endurable pigments and painting technology to coating property has been discussed.
    Coatings of epoxy-polyslioxane-phenolic and the heat exchanger paint immersed in 80℃ 3%NaCl solutions for one week,Based on the EIS(Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy)displays of two coatings at various immersion time , the relation between impedance characteristics and structure or properties of coatings was discussed respectively. The protective properties of two heat exchanger coatings were evaluated in terms of calculated resulted of impedance data in the case.
