不同有机酸对广西飞凤土鸡营养物质代谢、血液理化指标及肠道微生态效应的影响

摘要
本论文通过两个试验探索了:(1) 有机酸对广西飞凤土鸡营养物质代谢及血液理化指标的影响规律;(2) 有机酸对飞凤土鸡肠道的微生态效应。
     试验一:不同有机酸对广西飞凤土鸡营养物质代谢及血液理化指标的影响
     选用78只体重相近的8周龄飞凤土鸡公鸡,随机分成13组(对照组和12个试验组),每组6只鸡(单笼饲养),每只鸡为一个重复,对照组饲喂不添加任何酸化剂和抗生素的全价饲粮,试验组添加不同种类不同水平的有机酸,三种有机酸(柠檬酸、延胡索酸、乳酸)的添加水平均为:0.15%,0.25%,0.5%,1.0%,进行消化代谢试验,采集饲料测定饲粮pH值,在试验结束(28天后),采血分析血液理化特性。结果表明:玉米—豆粕型饲粮中添加适量的有机酸(柠檬酸、延胡索酸、乳酸)有提高飞凤土鸡营养物质表观利用率的作用;与对照组比较,三种有机酸在0.5%、1.0%添加水平时均能显著提高飞凤土鸡对饲粮干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、磷表观利用率(P<0.05),0.25%添加水平也能显著影响饲粮粗蛋白、钙、磷的利
Two experiments were conducted to study: (1) the effects of organic acids on nutrient metabolism and serum physichemical parameters in Guangxi Feifeng chickens; (2) the effects of organic acids on intestinal microecology in Guangxi Feifeng chickens.
    Experiment 1: Effect of different organic acids on nutrient metabolism and serm physiochemical parameter in Guangxi Feifeng chickens.
    In this experiment, 78 Feifeng chickens with the same weight and old (8 weeks) were allotted randomly to 13 groups (including one control group and twelve treatment groups) with 6 replicates of one chicken each. The control group was given the basal diet (no acidifier and antibiotic), the other twelve groups were fed the basal diets added with different kinds and levels of organic acids. The additional levels of three organic acids (citric acid, fumaric acid, lactic acid) were 0.15%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 1.0%. During the period of experiment,
