配电综合自动化系统方案的研究

摘要
社会进步和经济发展迫切要求研究建立电力需求侧管理理论体系和技术支持系统。构建电力需求侧管理的完整技术基础正是我们研究构建配电综合自动化系统的目的。
     本文通过对研究和设计过程中的配电综合自动化系统的总体结构进行技术分析,探讨属于配电综合自动化领域内技术范畴的电力客户服务中心系统、电能营销自助系统、远程自动抄表系统、电力负荷监控管理系统。对各子系统在新建或改造中将遇到的技术问题予以研讨。
     研究电能特征数据的采集、计量、存储形成电力市场营销实时数据,利用有线、无线通信介质或网络实现电力营销实时数据和各电压等级的线路开关状态量的远距离传输,并集合形成实时数据库,利用计算机局域网、广域网技术实现对实时数据和其他相关业务信息的本地及远程管理。
Society advancement and economy development imminently request us to establish the theory of Power Demand Side Management System and its technology supporting system, which is also the principal purpose of our constructing electrical power distribution integrate automation system.
    Through the technical analysis for the overall structure of power distribution integrate automation system which being researched and designed, the thesis mainly study and discuss the technological issues of electric power customer service center, market self-help vendor system, remote automatic numerate system, electric power load control and monitoring system ,which are belong to the field of distribution integrate automation, and the possible problems when they are put into setup and
    reconstruction.
    The thesis researched the process of collection, measurement and storage of real time electric power characteristic data used for electric power marketing. It also study the way to realize the long-distance data transfer through cable and wireless medium or network for electric power market real-time data and variables of transmission line and switch's status on all ranged voltages, and then we can integrate a real-time database and conduct the local and remote management for the real-time data and other related operation information via the LAN and internet technology.
