汽车覆盖件冲压CAPP系统的研究

摘要
本文面向工艺设计过程和生产实际,采用知识工程学方法,将数据库技
    术应用于覆盖件冲压工艺设计知识数据库的设计,建立了覆盖件冲压工艺设
    计知识数据库的基本结构,开发了相应的数据库管理系统。同时开发了计算
    机辅助冲压工艺设计系统。
    本文针对数据库的建立,系统分析并详细归纳了覆盖件冲压工艺设计知
    识的类型,研究了知识的获取、分类、转化和表达等建立知识库的关键问
    题。在此基础上,探讨了知识的计算机处理方法。
    本文在研究了数据库设计方法学理论的基础上,提出基于知识的数据库
    设计,严格按照数据库设计的步骤,完成了覆盖件冲压工艺设计数据库的需
    求分析、概念设计和逻辑设计,并实现了物理设计,从而实现了基于Visual FoxPro6.0的覆盖件冲压工艺设计知识数据库设计,建立了以零件查询系
    统、工艺查询系统、经验查询系统和资源查询系统等为主的数据库系统。
    本文应用Visual FoxPro6.0开发了覆盖件冲压工艺设计数据库数据管理
    系统,系统主要实现添加知识、修改知识、删除知识、查询知识以及打印知
    识库文件等功能。同时,该系统还承担着数据库的维护工作,能够保证知识
    库的正确性、安全性和完整性。
    本文采用Visual C++6.0环境开发了基于知识的工艺设计系统基本框
    架,采用人机交互方式,把知识应用到工艺性分析和主要工艺参数的计算
    中,辅助进行工序的详细设计。
In this paper, facing the process planning and the actual manufacture, the methords of knowledge engineering have been applied to design the database, the database technology is adopted to the development of the basic structure of the database and it's management system. And the stamping process planning system has been developed.
    In this paper, By analyzing the types of process design knowledge, some key technologies such as the knowledge acquisition, classification, translation and representation have been studied well. On the basis above, several computer methods to deal with knowledge have been discussed.
    On the study of database design methords, in this paper, the knowledge-based database design technology is proposed, the requirement analysis, the concept model and the logical design have been solved, the structure design have been achieved also, according to the theory of database design. On the basis of above, the knowledge-based database has been established, which based on Visual FoxPro6.0 (VFP6.0) relational database, including the parts query system, the process query system, the experience query system and the resources query system.
    In this paper, the DBMS is developed by using the VFP6.0, which achieves the functions of addition, modification, deletion, inquiry and printing the knowledge files, etc. The KBMS can also realize the function of maintenance, which will make the validity, security and integrity of knowledge.
    In this paper, the knowledge-based stamping process planning system is developed by using the VC++ 6.0 , which applies knowledge to the anlysis of the process feature and the caculation of the main process parameter, then, aids
