益心胶囊对家兔急性心肌缺血模型血清和心肌组织一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的影响

摘要
益心胶囊是总结多位专家的临床经验，并经过多年的反复实验，精心研制出的治疗缺血性心脏病行之有效的中药复方制剂，现已通过国家药监局的批准，进入Ⅲ期临床。为了进一步探讨其确切的作用机理，我们以家兔急性心肌缺血损伤模型作为研究对象，通心络胶囊为阳性对照药物，并运用生物化学及病理形态学等先进手段，进行了相关的实验研究。结果表明：以结扎冠状动脉前降支的方法制成的心肌缺血模型类似于人类心肌缺血的改变。益心胶囊对心肌缺血家兔的心肌病理形态学及超微结构的变化具有明显改善作用，从而证实了益心胶囊有明确的防治心肌缺血损伤的作用；益心胶囊还可以明显提高家兔心肌缺血模型的血清及心肌组织一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的含量。提示益心胶囊是通过保护血管内皮细胞，改善内皮功能来达到防治心肌缺血的目的。其疗效明显优于模型组，表明本药对心肌缺血有明确的疗效，而提高血清及心肌组织中一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶含量，可能是其作用机制之一。
YiXin capsule is a effective compound herbal pharmaceutics devised and manufactured meticulously to cure the ischemic heart disease, Which summarized many experts' clinical experience and had repeated experiments for many years. Now YiXin capsule has been approved by Nation medicine administer bureau and entered III clinic.
