公路客运站场和线网规划方法及其应用研究

摘要
为了解决我国大中型城市公路客运站场和班车线网布局规划问题,在广泛查阅相关文献资料和深入大连公路客运现场调查的基础上,分析该领域及相关科学技术的发展现状和研究动态。通过总结、归纳以往研究成果和现代公路客运规划的理论和方法,揭示公路客运规划的内在规律及存在问题,为大中型城市公路客运线网和站场规划提供理论基础。
     在此基础上,针对大中型城市公路客运发展的特点和客流分布特点深入研究了客流量预测方法和客运站场发送量预测方法。研究城市中分布有多个客运站情况下,客运总量中客运站场发送总量的预测及各客运站场发送量的合理分配问题。
     借助现代决策技术,建立客运枢纽站场布局评价模型,在常规定量评价指标的基础上,研究定性指标、主观评价与定量指标的合成计算,合理考虑数据不完善、信息具有模糊性对评价结果的影响。这种方法能够根据每个备选客运站场的技术经济特点以及相关专家和管理者的直接评价,对各备选客运站场进行比较和排序。同时,探讨了县乡级客运站场布局规划方法。进而,基于我国城市管理模式和公路客运组织特点,应用运筹理论和技术研究了长途客运班车线网规划的程序与框架,建立长途客运班车线网规划数学模型,并设计其优化求解方法。
     将上述方法应用于大连公路客运站场和班车线网规划研究案例。全面调查了大连的社会经济状况、交通运输状况、客运站场状况、地理环境特点等,详细分析社会经济和交通运输需求的关系、客运线网和站场设置现状,客观预测未来的需求趋势,对大连市客运线网和站场进行了系统地规划,验证了本研究中提出方法的科学性和实用性。
     文章最后,结合大连案例的实际,对公路客运站场和班车线网规划理论和方法的研究应用进行总结、归纳,并提出进一步改进和研究的建议。
In order to solve the layout planning problem of long-distance bus station and bus line network in large and medium size cities, on the basis of widely studying the related literature and investigating the current situation of Dalian highway passenger transport, this paper analyzes the development status and trend about this area, by summarizing the previous studies and planning theories and methods, it reveals the inherent law and problems of the highway passenger transport planning, which provides the theoretical basis of highway passenger transport network and station planning.
     On the basis of these, it lubricates the prediction method of traffic volume and passenger flow volume according to the characteristics of highway passenger transport development and flow distribution. Then it studies the case of a city which is distributed with a plurality of passenger stations, how to rationally forecast the gross passenger flow volume and how to distribute it to different stations.
     With the aid of modern decision techniques, the evaluation model of passenger transport station layout is established t. On the ground of routine quantitative evaluation indexes, studying the combination method of qualitative and quantitative indexes which takes the influence of incomplete data and obscure information into consideration. The method can evaluate and sort the optional passenger transport stations according to the characteristics of technology and economy of every station and the evaluation of experts and managers. It also probes into the planning method of the passenger stations in towns. Then, according to urban administration in our country and the characteristics of passenger transportation organization, it studies the planning procedure and frame of passenger transport network, and establishes the mathematical model of passenger transport network planning, and designs the optimization method.
     The above method is applied into the case of Dalian. It gives a comprehensive survey of social economic condition, traffic condition, passenger transport station status and geographic environment characteristics and so on, then analyzes the relationship between social economy and transport demand, the present situation of passenger transport network and station set status, then it forecasts the demand trend in future. It makes a systematical planning of passenger transport network and stations in Dalian, and proves that the proposed method is scientific and practical.
     At the end of the paper, combined with the case of Dalian, it summarizes the theory and method of passenger transport planning and puts forward further research suggestions.
