摘要

本文从研究西方发达国家消费信贷现状入手，进而研究中国消费信
    贷体系。认为中国迫切需要发展消费信贷，以解决内需不足及引发的一
    系列问题，并对建立中国消费信贷体系进行了方案设计。
     本文共分四章。第一章介绍西方发达国家消费信贷理论及消费信贷
    发展现状。重点研究了有效需求不足理论。第二章主要就美国消费信贷
    对美国经济、金融和社会的作用进行了实证分析。认为消费信贷的高速
    增长和高科技产业的迅速发展，是支撑美国经济在20世纪90年代持续
    强劲增长的两大支柱。第三章研究了我国消费信贷现状，认为我国极需
    发展消费信贷，并已具备了发展消费信贷的基本条件，但存在不少制约
    我国消费信贷发展的障碍。第四章对建立我国消费信贷体系作了方案设
    计。从机构设置、信贷方式、防范体系和配套环境等方面，进行了比较
    详细的方案设计。
Abstract
     This dissertation researches on the system of consumer credit of the western developed country as the initiative of studying, then to study the system of consumer credit situation in China. I think the consumer credit need developing imperative in China. To solve many problems of the domestic demand insufficient and it draws forth the issues will b solved. And I have put forward a preliminary plan. To set up a system of Chinese consumer credit.
     The thesis consists of four parts: first chapter, Jrefer to three great theory of consumer credit of the western developed country and their consumer credit situation now. By systematic positive analysis, chapter 2,American consumer credit’s play a great role in America economic, finance and social. I believe that consumer credit high increase and advance science technology expand are tow important system supporting which American economic sustained to increase high. Chapter 3, studying
    our country consumer credit situation in our country. Ibelieve that our ?country development consumer credit imperatively, and there have been the
    conditions of developing the consumer credit, at the same time a lot of the obstacles of developing consumer credit. Chapter 4, it has put forward a preliminary plan. To set up a system of Chinese consumer credit. Imake a detail design rom set up organization, credit pattern, be on guard the risk system and necessary circumstances.
