基于GIS的病虫害查询预测系统的建立及其在麦蚜迁飞研究中的应用

摘要
我国是病虫等生物灾害发生频繁而且防御能力非常薄弱的农业大国,农业生物灾害已经成为我国农业发展的严重障碍。为了合理有效的对全国多种病虫害进行预警预测与防治,加强我国加入WTO后对有害生物入侵的阻止、控制与防治能力,开发研制了病虫害地理信息系统。本系统能够对气象资料进行多角度、多方位的查询并根据查询结果进行数学插值运算,制作专题地图;能够基于对气象资料的分析,运用现有的数学生态模型,对病虫害的发生范围、发生世代数等进行简单的预测预报并对重大的检疫性的病虫害进行风险性评估;能够对2001、2002年的全国农业病虫害疫情数据进行资料的汇编,查询数据库中统计病虫的各种资料以及发生范围、为害程度等信息。根据此系统的应用理论和方法,本人利用自己测定的几种常见麦蚜的过冷却点,用Arclnfo进行处理,结合对气象资料中温湿度、风力风速的分析,用计算机模拟验证了麦蚜迁飞的现实性和方向性。
Agricultural pest ususlly break out in our nation and our ability of control them is very weakness. So the harm being done by agricultural pest became the key obstacle to agriculture development. To control and forecast the pest effectively in China, and enforce our resistance and management the pest of invasion species, I build up IPMGIS. It can interpolate the climate data when they have been queried and analyzed through different orientations and dimensions. Then it makes special subject map. Base on the analysis of the climate database, by the aid of the mathematic ecology model in existence, the system can forecast the range, generations of pest and so on and evaluate the risk of important quarantine pest. Through compilation the database of national universal investigate on pest insects and plant diseases from year 2001 to 2002, we can get nearly all the information of the pest include their range and degree. On the ground of this system, with the super-cooling-point of wheat aphids I measured I validate the reality and direction of their imgration after I analysis the temperature datum and orient of wind in the climate database.
