FMS中刀具管理系统的研究及开发

摘要
随着市场经济与生产的不断发展,对产品质量、精度、性能和外观、品质等方面的要求不断提高,产品更新换代周期日趋缩短,迫使人们在制造业领域开始探索新的概念和方法来指导和组织生产。FMS的出现和应用,成功的解决了占机械制造业70%以上多品种、中小批量生产的效率低、成本高、质量差等弊病,很好的适应了产品生命周期短、市场竞争激烈、用户要求多样化的需求特点。然而由于FMS中刀具管理水平的落后,其已经成为生产率提高和加工种类增加的瓶颈,如何有效管理FMS中品种繁多、规格各异的刀具,已成为FMS企业面临的新课题。
     本文在已有刀具管理系统框架的基础上,结合昆明云内动力股份有限公司柔性线对刀具管理的具体需求,开发了面向FMS的刀具管理系统。本论文在概述了FMS技术及其刀具管理的国内外研究动态的基础上,对系统开发中的关键问题、系统的设计和实现等方面进行了详细的论述,主要完成了以下工作和研究:
     (1)概述了制造业信息、FMS的基本理论,介绍了FMS中刀具管理的重要性及其国内外研究现状。
     (2)对刀具管理的关键技术进行了研究,主要包括以下几方面:介绍了FMS中刀具的种类及特点,并对数控刀具与传统刀具特征进行了对比分析;研究了刀具的可靠性,并就云内提高刀具可靠性提出建议;对本系统使用的刀具编码、编码的实现、编码的编辑进行了介绍;介绍了本系统采用的刀具寿命监测方法,对目前正在研究的各种刀具磨损和破损监测方法以及传感原理和主要特征进行了介绍;对本系统采用的库存管理策论进行了介绍。
     (3)对刀具管理系统的部分技术进行介绍:在传统刀具管理理论的基础上结合企业刀具管理的具体需求,引入了刀具全寿命周期管理的思想和方法,大大丰富了刀具管理的内容;分析了刀具管理系统的典型设备配置,并以本系统的设备配置为例进行了分析;介绍了刀具管理系统的管理模式。
     (4)建立了刀具信息数据库,详细介绍了服务器部分刀具数据库的设计过程:对刀具信息需求分析、然后数据库概念设计、物理结构设计,最后使用SQL Server2000建立刀具数据库。
     (5)完成了刀具管理系统Tool Manager 1.0软件编程,该系统是基于SQLServer 2000数据库,C/S结构,采用VB 6.0编程实现。经过调试运行,系统可以完成刀具管理、刀具查询、刀具统计、刀具出入库、刀具操作、系统管理、帮助七个模块功能。
With the constant development of the market economy and production, the request for the product quality , precision , performance , appearance , quality etc.is improving constantly , the increasingly shorter product replacement cycle, forcing people in the manufacturing sector began to explore new concepts and methods to guide and organize production.
     The emergence of FMS and it's applications is a successful solution of the drawbacks in manufacturing sector accounting for more than 70 percent of mechanical variety, and small and medium volume production of low efficiency, high costs and poor quality. The FMS is well adapted to the characteristics of shorter product life cycles, intense market competition and user's requirements diversified demand.The unenlightened tool management of FMS is becoming the bottleneck which badly restrict the productivity improve and the increase of machining variety. How to availably manage the more diversiform tools becoming a new problem companies have to faced with.
     This paper takes the framework of Tool Management System as the basis and developes the Tool Management System for the FMS of Kunming Yunnei Power Co.Ltd according with the actual demand of enterprise's tool management. This paper based on the summarize of FMS technology and the international research actuality of tool management, discuss the key problems, systems design and implementation etc. in system's exploitage in detail, with the main and research results are as follows:
     (1).Summary of the manufacturing industry information, FMS's basic theory, introduced in FMS tool management and the importance of research situation.
     (2).Research about key technology of tool management , including the following: introduction of FMS in the types and characteristics, analysis of knives and cutting tools with traditional NC tool characteristics, studying the reliability of the tool and giving advice to Cloud Tool to increase reliability and make recommendations on the use of knives coding system, introducing the realization of coding and editor of coding on the system using,introducing the tool life monitoring method in our management system,studying sensing principles and main features of the various tool wear and breakage monitoring methods at present, introducing the use of policies in inventory management system.
     (3) Description of the part of technology on tool Management System: On the foundation of traditional theory of Tool Management and according to the actual demand of enterprise's tool management, this paper proposes the thought and method of Tool's Whole Life Cycle Management, greatly enriched the content management tool, analysing the typical configuration of equipment in tool management, and taking equipment configuration of the system as an example of the analysis, introduction of Management Mode on the Tool Management System.
     (4) Tool information database was constructed.It was in troduced the design p rogress of tool database in server part. First, analyze tool information needs, construct tool informationmodel, then design database concept structure and logics tructure,at last constitute tool database by SQL Server 2000
     (5) Finishing tool management system software,which was based on the net work database,and has Client/Server structure that programmed by Visual Basic。After debugging operation, the system can complete tool management tool enquiries, statistical tool, a tool storage, tool operations, systems management, help seven modules.
