基于WAN的变电运行管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
在我国,随着新经济时代的到来,尤其是在加入WTO以后,社会对电力能源的要求已经会越来越高,电力部门在新的世纪里,将面临着巨大的压力,同样也是挑战和发展。传统的供电管理方式已经不能满足市场的需要,以计算机网络为主要工具的现代化管理手段成为主流,变电运行管理系统在这种环境下应运而生了。本文讲述了基于WAN的变电运行管理系统的设计与实现,它主要包含网络互联技术、DB2数据库技术以及Delphi开发技术。过去分散开发的供电生产管理软件,大多数是一些数据录入、简单查询和报表打印功能,只能解决生产技术的事后统计管理问题,不能发挥通信-计算机网络的作用,因此不能解决生产流程的计算机网络化管理问题。金坛市供电公司根据变电系统的实际情况,认真分析软件需求,合理规划工作流程,把变电运行管理系统合理地分成两部分:设备管理和运行管理。整个系统的设施取得了明显效果。
Now in China, with the coming of the new economic era, especially with entrance of WTO, the society needs for more and more electric power. In the new century, electrical department will face great pressure, while the pressure also means the challenge and development. The traditional ways and means of the power supply management can' t meet the requirement of the market, the modern management means which uses computer network as major tools has become the main trend and the Power Transformer Operation Management System (PTOMS) emerged under such circumstance. The PTOMS makes the traditional work flow electronically, and is optimized based on the practical status. The more important is that the PTOMS can analyze the equipment and operation data and give us directions to improve the work followed. The paper describes the design and implementation of PTOMS based on WAN, mainly includes the network interconnection technologies, DB2 database technologies and Delphi development technologies. The old power supply m
    anagement software which were developed separately, most of them only implemented data input, simply query and table print functions and could just solve the statistics problems about the productivity technologies. The software couldn't fully use the convenience of the communication and computer network, and thus the problem of the product flow management based on computer network couldn't be solved. According to the practice of the electric transform system, Jintan Power Supply Company analyses the software requirement carefully, The Electric transform operation management system is divided into two parts rationally: equipment management and operation management. Designs the work flow rationally and already achieved obvious achievement during the implementation of the whole system.
