论中国人的现代化与现代教育的发展

摘要
在二十五年改革开放实践中，中国社会主义现代化建设事业不断向前推进，并已取得令人瞩目的成绩。而这项前无古人的事业无论作为一次深刻的社会革命，或一项规模巨大的系统工程，都需要由敢于承担并有能力完成的人即现代化主体来进行。在以经济建设和生产力发展为现代化主要内容的基础上，关注人自身的现代化，加快人的现代化步伐，意味着抓住了社会现代化的核心，具有非常重要的现实意义。与此同时，随着国际竞争的日益激烈，人们发现综合国力的竞争归根到底是人的竞争，提高人自身的现代化水平有助于国际竞争能力的增强。中国人的现代化问题就是在这样的时代背景中提出来的。
通过分析，本文对中国人的现代化的本质特征进行了明确的界定，即中国人的现代化的基本点是人的主体性的凸显；中国人的现代化的核心是心理、意识、人格、观念的现代化；中国人的现代化的目标是人的素质的全面提高；中国人的现代化的物质表现是人的生活质量的提高和生活方式的现代化。
影响中国人的现代化的主要因素是教育。现代教育是建立在现代生产基础之上的，为满足人们适应现代社会经济发展应具备的综合素质的需要，以实现中国人的现代化为目标，培养全面发展的人才的教育。现代教育不仅在培养和塑造现代人的文化素质、行为方式、人生态度等方面起着重要的社会规范作用，而且在很大程度上激活了人的自我意识，提高了人的综合素质和自我教育能力。如果没有现代教育，就不可
能有真正意义上的人的现代化。
其中，现代教育观是现代教育的主导因素，它引导教育其它领域诸如教育内容、
教育管理、教师队伍建设、教育设施等方面的现代化，最终影响着中国人的现代化的
实现。因此，中国人的现代化需要树立科学正确的现代教育观，包括以人为本的教育
观、人的可持续发展教育观、人文精神不断提升的教育观、人的全面发展教育观。
而中国人的现代化的最终实现，还有赖于现代教育观在教育领域的全面落实。为
此，必须开展主体教育，实践以人为本的教育观，凸显人的主体性：开展终身教育，
实践人的可持续发展教育观，提升人的生命质量：开展人文教育，振兴人文精神，提
升人的做人境界；开展素质教育，实践人的全面发展教育观，促进人的素质的全面提

中国人的现代化是一个系统而复杂的工程。现代教育观引导下的各种教育形式并
不是彼此孤立的，它们相互作用，密切联系，共同推进中国人的现代化的实现。
During the practice of reform and the opening to the outside world in 25 years, the undertakings of building socialist Chinese modernization has been carrying forward continuously, and has been the focus on the world. This undertakings without parallel in history which is regarded as whether a deep social revolution or a huge systems engineering need modern people who dare to take up and have ability to finish it. Based on the main contents of modernization of economy building and productive forces development, concerning modernization of people means grasping the core of social modernization. It has very important realistic significance. Meanwhile, with intensification of international competition day by day, people have discovered that the competition of overall strength of the country is the competition of people in the final analysis, and raising the level of modernization of people themselves can contribute to strengthen the capability of international competition. Modernization of Chinese has been put forward in this time background.
After analysis, this paper clearly bounds the characteristics of modernization of Chinese. It is that the basic point of modernization of Chinese is protruding the subject nature of people; the core is modernization of mentality, sense, personality, concept; the aim is all-round enhancing of people's accomplishments; the material manifest is improving the people's living standard and modernization of life style.
The main element of influencing modernization of Chinese is education. Modern education is that the education bases on the modern production, satisfies the needs of having comprehensive accomplishments that suit people development of modern society and
economy, realizes the aim of modernization of Chinese, and fosters all-round development talents. Modern education not only has important social standard function on education and molding modern people's cultural levels, behavior style, life attitude, but also activates people' self-sense, enhances people's comprehensive accomplishments and self-education ability to a great extent. If there is no modem education, there is no modernization of Chinese in a real sense.
The outlook of modern education is dominant element among them. It guides the modernization of another fields such as educational contents, educational management, teacher troops building and educational institutions, etc, and influences modernization of Chinese to realize finally. Therefore, modernization of Chinese needs set up scientific and correct outlook of modern education, including outlook of regarding people as nature, people's sustainable development, humane spirit promoting continuous, all-round people's development.
Final realization of modernization of Chinese has to depend on the outlook of modern education to carry out all-round in the education fields. Therefore, we have to develop subject education, live up to the outlook of regarding people as nature, protrude the subject nature of people; develop lifelong education, live up to the outlook of people's sustainable development, promote people's life quality; develop humane education, rejuvenate humane spirit, promote people's life state; develop accomplishment education, live up to the outlook of all-round people's development, enhance people's accomplishments all-round.
Modernization of Chinese is a systematic and complex engineering. All kinds of modern education style under the guide of outlook of it are not isolated each other, they act on and get in touch with each other. They promote modernization of Chinese to realize altogether.
通过分析，本文对中国人的现代化的本质特征进行了明确的界定，即中国人的现代化的基本点是人的主体性的凸显；中国人的现代化的核心是心理、意识、人格、观念的现代化；中国人的现代化的目标是人的素质的全面提高；中国人的现代化的物质表现是人的生活质量的提高和生活方式的现代化。
