某部基层单位和人员综合信息管理系统

摘要
随着上世纪八十年代初计算机科学技术尤其是网络技术的飞速发展和某部信息化建设的持续深入,该部管理的信息化、正规化、科学化建设也取得了长足的进步。其中开发应用装备、人员管理信息系统成为该部信息化建设的重要目标,并已取得了积极成果。随着管理向精细化、科学化的进一步延伸以及该部基层计算机办公自动化条件的改善,基层的管理也应与时俱进,力求拥有具有基层单位特点的单位、人员、物资管理信息系统,早日实现与上级部门更紧密的配合。这方面的工作也越来越受到该部各级高层的重视。
     本文首先介绍了管理信息系统的相关知识,以及某部基层单位和人员综合信息管理系统的设计与开发所使用的数据库SQL Server(SQL Server 2000)、Visual Studio 2008相关知识。
     然后重点对本论文设计的可行性和需求进行了深入的分析,在某部基层进行深入调研的基础上明确了系统的基本设计思想,接下来进行了整体概要设计、数据结构设计、数据库设计以及接口设计、用户界面与数据库之间的连接等。
     最后,本设计提出了针对该部基层实际情况所设计开发的适用管理信息系统,详细介绍了系统的七个主要功能模块的功能以及其子模块功能,描述了主要功能的实现过程,简述了系统测试的结果,并进行了总结与展望。
Along with the quick development of computer science technology especially for network technology at early 1980's but also offer serious challenges to the unit management informationization, normalization, and scientificity. In order to actively meet the needs of the armed forces information building, we can design and develop universal computer management information system. Users can manage via the system to reduce the unit echelon and cost of the personnel information management, and constantly enhance its efficiency to service.
     The unit personnel, supplies, equipment and other important information on the basic level have been distinguished and controlled for application by different levels of units. For the personnel information, as it relates to unit secret, related information management systems have not yet and would not apply in the unit regiment the following units applications. In fact, There exit standard or mode for management of detailed information neither historically nor at this stage, This have produced a certain negative impact for daily work. Serious lack of information appears in each unit although it is not a long time, Existing pairs of units and personnel information collection mode is the unit of information entirely at the higher level needs of departments to artificial statistics, and then level by level through the paper or a summary of storage media reported. Personnel information is usually summarized by a battalion of artificial statistical reporting and the related company sectors carry out routine maintenance of the comprehensive data management. It can not be timly which cause the lag of time to master the data for higher-level unit and cause the lower efficiency and scientification for decision-making and management.
     Micro-computers have been applied in the most basic units. For long time forces have been relying on manually statistical way to save relevant information by paper or document. There are still no available units and personnel management information systems, particularly the unit troops are currently no specific details used to manage the unit management system. Fast Mobility of troops is easy to create an artificial loss. Today, it has caused a certain attention by the unit at all levels that how to further promote grass-roots units of management information, normalization, and scientific construction, meet the unit establishments to share and use the units and subordinate units and personnel in the unit more comprehensive non-confidential information,
     The article started from the units and personnel management practical management, based on the force the present management information system designed for the units establishments to develop a very useful set of units and personnel in the applicability of integrated information management system. SQL Server 2000 was chosen to establish a database and VS 2008 (Microsoft Visual Studio 2008) was as a tool for object-oriented development of the system.
     This paper briefly describes the history of the development of management information systems and development trend, the background of units establishments and personnel in the development of integrated information management system, and the types, characteristics, scope and use condition of current units management information systems, lists the main tasks and the sections of each chapter, purpose and significance, describes the theoretical basis of database developed for this system, mainly including the definition of the database, the development history of data management system, the main functions, database system design, and introduces the basics knowledge of database language SQL including its development, advantages and frequently used operation sentences. At the same time, there are six kinds of the mainstream development tools on the market, such as Microsoft's Visual Studio.net series and Visual Basic and Visual C series, Borland's Delphi, Power soft Corporation PowerBuilder, Java which were introduced and compared. It was highlighted the relevance of the VS2008 knowledge and the reason to be chosen as a tool to development environment. Followed by a feasibility analysis and needs analysis to determine the feasibility of developing the management system, the objective of the system reflects the characteristics and requirements such as the technology and economic feasibility for system's overall design brief idea, The system is divided into modular design, data structure design, database design, interface design, user interface and database connections between the several parts. To determine the general framework of the system, but also more systematic explanations of the various tables in the database was established. Then described in detail the system seven major functional modules and its sub-module functions, describes the implementation process of the main features including the major form of the concrete implementation methods (listed in the main code to achieve functionality) and gives the corresponding view of the completion by the image description to explain the development of practical results. Finally, the "black-box testing" approach for all functions of the system conducted a number of test results were summarized on the current summary of the work carried out, and a further improvement of this design was suggested.
     The main function of this system is the integrated units establishments and personnel information management, including the units establishments and personnel information, increased input, statistical queries, modify maintenance, backup and recovery and so on, complete users to add, delete function and a statement printing functions.
     From the combined effect of the full realization of two basic units in the unit trial feedback and repeatedly operation test to all the features of the design, the basic design requirements and troops reached the applicable principles. From the aspect of the system style, the interface is generous and shows the unit characteristics, it has reasonable layout and is easy to learn and use; from the point of technical view, the database is basically comprehensive and reasonable for the properties of database tables and the data is also stable. From the view of running results, the system is relatively stable and the speed is near to the troops similar software. It is important that it fills the blank of the unit units out-of-order management and fills the bland that grass-roots units do not have integrated information management units and personnel which carry through a useful exploration. It may enhance the personnel management of grass-roots level of information and accelerate the speed and quality of information feedback which provide an important basis for decision-making at all levels of leadership.
