基于模糊优选法的产品配置设计方法研究

摘要
大批量定制被认为是21世纪的主要生产模式之一,其结合了定制生产和大规模生产两种生产方式的优势,在满足客户个性化需求的同时,保持较低的生产成本和较短的交货期,大批量定制设计是实现大批量定制生产的产品设计方法。作为大批量定制设计的关键技术之一,产品配置设计能快速的配置出满足客户需求的个性化产品,而对产品资源的合理组织及表达是实现产品快速配置的基础,因此,对产品资源组织及产品配置方法的研究具有重要意义。目前,各国学者对产品配置设计方法已经开展了大量的研究,本文在分析当前国内外研究现状存在问题的基础之上,研究了产品资源的分类、表达方法及其组织过程;提出了基于模糊优选法的产品快速配置设计模型;引入了用粗集理论来处理相似实例度量中关键特征属性权重值问题;最后结合实例开发了众擎起重机产品平台原型系统。
     论文的主要内容如下:
     第一章,本章主要阐述了大批量定制生产和产品配置设计的基本概念、优势等有关方面。针对当前国内外对产品配置以及相关领域的研究现状,深入地分析了所存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了本论文的研究内容和论文的体系结构。
     第二章,介绍了产品配置设计的基本理论,阐述了面向产品族的产品配置方法,构建了模糊优选法的基本模型。
     第三章,研究了产品资源的分类、表达方法及其组织过程,并重点介绍了产品零部件资源的表达方法和参数化有限元分析资源各模块的结构和功能,以及实现的关键技术。
     第四章,通过对实现产品快速配置设计的关键技术的研究,提出了产品配置中相似实例的模糊优选法以及基于粗集理论的关键特征属性权重值确定方法,并以起重机为例阐述实现快速配置的过程。
     第五章,以浙江省科技厅重点项目和浙江某起重机械制造有限公司为背景,开发了众擎起重机产品平台,证实了文章研究方法的可行性。
     第六章,对全文进行了总结,提出了论文的创新点和今后研究的几点设想。
Mass customization is considered one of the 21~(st) century main production models, which combining with the advantages of customization production and mass production. It not only can satisfy the customer's individual requirement, but also can keep lower production cost and shorter due data. Design for mass customization is a method to realize mass customization production. As one of the key technologies of design for mass customization, product configuration design can rapidly configure the personalized product that satisfies the customers' requirements. And the reasonable organization and expression of the production resources is a foundation to realize product rapid configuration design, so the research on production resources organization and expression, product configuration is very important. Currently, scholars all over the world have devoted to research on product configuration design method for mass customization. Based on summarizing the correlative literatures and analyzing the problems in current research systematically, the classification, expression method and organization process of the production resource is given, and the rapid configuration design model based on the fuzzy optimum selection is also given. The method using rough set theory to obtain the attribute weights of the key features in measuring the similar instance. Finally, the prototype system of the product platform of ZhongQing crane is developed.
     The contents of the dissertation are summarized as follows:
     Chapter one is introduction. The information of mass customization and product configuration design is summarized, such as the basic concept and advantage, and so on. Based on the current situation of the product configuration design, its problem is analyzed deeply, and then the research content and architecture of this article is brought forward.
     Chapter two introduces the basic theory of product configuration, presents the product configuration method oriented product family and build the basic model of fuzzy optimum selection.
     Chapter three studies the classification; expression method and organization process of the production resource and emphatically introduces the product parts and components resources. And all module's structure and function of parametric finite element analysis resources, also the key technology.
     Chapter four studies the key technology of realizing product rapid configuration, presents the method which gets the similar instance through fuzzy optimum selection in the product configuration and introduces the method based on rough set theory how to measure the key features attribute weights. As an example of crane, the process of rapid configuration is discussed.
     Chapter five is related to the science and technology hall of Zhejiang province's project "Research on the rapid response integrated design platform based on the product family and modular planning", the product platform of ZhongQing crane is developed, proving the feasibility of research method.
     The last chapter is conclusion and outlook. The achievements of the dissertation are summarized, and the innovations are pointed. The future works are put forward.
