黑龙江移动自有业务平台的分析与设计

摘要
目前移动运营商正在从移动通信专家向移动信息专家转型,随着移动运营商角色策略的转变,整个增值业务市场也在转变,移动运营商已经开始对市场进行整合,同时开始自营业务的试探。按照目前的趋势,一个综合性的数据业务平台将是移动数据业务的发展方向。在此平台上能够快速开发不同种类业务,具有通用的业务模板,具有统一内容管理功能,能够提供各种资源(如音频、图片、短信等)的统一管理;同时还具有对各种业务角色(如CP (Content Provider,内容提供商))的管理功能等。根据目前黑龙江移动数据业务的现状,我们提出了自有业务平台,立足于广大的移动用户群体,充分整合社会优势资源,为移动用户提供衣食住行、休闲娱乐等方面的增值服务,帮助运营商树立移动信息专家的形象。
     黑龙江移动自有业务平台是一套开放的、模块化的、基于标准的分层应用开发平台,多种移动数据业务可以基于此平台进行开发和整合。对于日益增多的、错综复杂的基于此平台的业务,将会出现越来越多的数据资源,如果仍是简单依托数据库作为系统的管理资源的平台已不能满足平台未来发展的需要,自有业务平台不仅能为运营商提供短信和彩信发送通道,并能够灵活的生成业务,是综合的数据业务运行和营销的管理平台。满足了平台现有的需求,并且可以满足后续可能出现的3G网络下的各种移动增值业务的需求。
     本文围绕自有业务平台系统的分析与设计展开论述。第一章介绍了自有业务平台系统的概念、研究意义、产品应用和定位。第二章介绍了需求及功能性分析。第三章详细介绍了自有业务平台系统体系结构设计。一方面介绍了平台设计要求及系统主要性能指标说明等。另一方面也提供了一套系统逻辑结构架构。本章还讨论了设备组网配置方案和软件的关键技术。第四章主要介绍了平台的功能设计以及业务逻辑开发。第五章详细介绍了平台系统安全和可靠性设计,一方面介绍了数据库可靠性设计原则。另一方面介绍了网络层安全方案。第六章主要阐述了系统运营阶段的策略实施与应用分析,通过对客户的数据业务分析开展各种营销活动,从而获取良好应用效果。第七章是本文的一个总结,指出了自有业务平台整体需求功能与体系结构的设计及未来业务的发展方向。
Nowadays, Mobile operators are changing from the mobile communications specialists to mobile information specialists. With the transform of mobile operators in the role of strategy, the entire value-added services market is changing. Mobile operators have already started to integrate market and probe self-supporting service. According to the present trend, an integrated data-service platform will be the direction of the development of mobile data services. Different types of value-added data services can be developed quickly in this platform.There are common data service templates in this platform. The platform is able to provide unified management for all kinds of resources (such as audio, photos, text messages, etc.), with a unified content management functions.And it also has the functions of operational role (as CP (Content Provider)) management. Under the current status of mobile data services, we introduce an integrated data platform (IDP). The IDP focuses on mobile user groups, fully integrates community resources, and provides many kinds of value-added data service to mobile users such as Life-Service, Entertainment-Service and so on.
     Heilongjiang Mobile's own service Platform is an open, modularized, standardized, layered application platform, many mobile value-added services can be created and integrated based on the platform. As more services are built in the platform, there are more data-resources in the platform. If the own service platform simply used database as content management system, it could not meet the requirement of the own service platform development in the future. So in the own service platform we design a more flexable persistence layer and content management system. This framework can not only satisfy the need of the own service platform currently but also can satisy the need of many new services in 3G network.
     This paper focuses on its own service platform system analysis and design to start on. The first chapter introduces the concept of self-owned business platform, significance, product application and positioning. The second chapter describes the requirements and functional analysis. The third chapter introduces its own service platform system architecture design. On the one hand describes the platform requirements and key performance indicators system descriptions. On the other hand also provides a logical structure of the system architecture. This chapter also discusses the network configuration of the equipment and software key technologies. The fourth chapter introduces the capabilities of the platform design and business logic development. Chapter V details the design of platform system safety and reliability, on the one hand describes the reliability of database design principles. On the other hand introduced the network layer security program, Chapter VI describes the operational phase of the system implementation and application of policy analysis, through analysis of data services to customers to carry out various marketing activities in order to obtain a good application effect. Chapter VII is a summary of this article points out the overall demand for its own function and service platform architecture design and development of future business direction.
