摘要
文章结合松辽流域实际,围绕深化行政审批制度改革、省际水事纠纷调处、水行政执法、水法规宣传等内容,概括介绍了松辽委全面贯彻落实依法治水、依法管水工作现状,并针对如何在新形势下做好流域水政工作提出了相应的思路和措施。
This paper summarizes the main measures of managing and regulating water with legislation based on deepening the reform of administrative examination and approval system,the interprovincial water dispute mediation,water administrative enforcement,water legislation propaganda of Songliao basin,etc.It also puts forward the corresponding ideas and measures on how to do a good job in water policy under the new situation.
