摘要
Because of complicated pathogenesis and long disease course, COPD(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) attracted more and more scholars' attention. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) showed obvious effect in treating COPD. However, with so much successful experience, systemic summarization on TCM is still needed. Traditional studies of TCM, based on complex network, ignored the implicit complexity in TCM, are limited in calculating basic statistics. In this paper, a complex network model about COPD was built. And, using improved LFM algorithm, communities in the network was detected. The rule of Chinese medicine about COPD was summarized.
