<正>从科技与社会关系角度看,16世纪以来,每个世纪至少有1到2个标志性事件,先后发生了五次科技革命(表1),世界格局发生了彻底改变。在过去五个世纪里,世界经济中心逐步从东方迁移到西方,西方强国一度控制了世界约80%的土地,拥有了世界约80%的财富。可以预计,21世纪会有自己的标志性事
