基于GUM法测试不确定度评价方法研究

摘要
本文开展了基于GUM法的不确定度评价方法研究,结合测试数学模型并考虑测试过程中的主要误差来源,建立了不确定度评价模型,给出了测试系统设计频率范围内的不确定度评价具体方法和流程,并通过实例分析证明了该评价方法应用于具体实际测试中的可操作性,这可为运用不确定度理论及方法评价特性测试结果的可靠性等提供参考。
This paper studies the theory of the evaluation of radiation noise uncertainty of measurement based on Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement; on this basis according to the method and principle of evaluation of radiation noise uncertainty of measurement. Mathematical model of radiation noise uncertainty of measurement. source of error and influence factor are determined when we evaluate the radiation noise uncertainty of measurement. as well,all source of error and influence factor are evaluated in classification, Methods and the processes of evaluation on uncertainty measurement were present.Maneuverability of the uncertainty theory applied in radiation noise uncertainty of measurement was proved by living examples. The Scientific basis for evaluating of the uncertainty is provided in the radiation noise uncertainty of measurement, these search provide a theoretical basis for further research of measurement details and execution method.
